Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I have many klim coats and pants. I was looking for a light wind proof coat to go under my Marakesh jacket to handle the cool mornings and evenings in Vermont. The coat is very light and comfortable under the Marakesh. It’s been an excellent option.
The tech support chat person was super helpful and knowledgeable. My old helmet (HJC IS-Max II) had been discontinued. I was steered quickly to the newest version of what I was looking for, the HJC I-91 modular helmet. The video on the helmet was very detailed and told me what I needed to know.
The helmet arrived quickly and in great condition. The fit is good, with the intermediate oval shape being same as my old helmet. There is more padding and the helmet fits more snugly than the old helmet (though it might have been more snug when new 5 years ago). I look forward to trying it out very soon.

Ordering and shipping were fine but my PCI Trax communication helmet doesn't work. Now I need to return the helmet for another. Products need to be tested before shipping to customers. You can do better.
