Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
So far good, free return shipping would be nice. And no competing against companies that your parent company owns.

I'm happy with the tires I got. Haven't had time to ride 100 miles to break them in and actually review the product. I would like it if the revzilla site selected my tire size since they know it from the make and model. It's annoying in 2024 to have to jot down the size of my tires from one part of the revzilla site so I can select the right size on other part of the revzilla site - like it's 1998 or something.

Fine. Better than fine. Got a bit confused as I had several Revzilla screens open but "Todd" cleared it up for me! The only issue is that the vest was the wrong size (but the website warned about that...)
Zack and Co. General attitude at Revzilla. Helpful vids. Plan on getting a new helmet too (as I did hit the asphalt with my helmet after the Tundra tried to occupy the same space I was in...)
Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Parts giant had it for $10 less but I prefer revzilla having done business with you guys before.

Quality and functionality of the product! Best option for the Ducati Streetfighter V4S IMHO if you are looking for some wind protection and do not want to go with a tall touring windscreens.

I ordered front and rear brake pads for my CRF300l. Instead of one small box or even bubble wrap envelope with both brake pads, I received 2 enormous boxes each filled with one of the items. What a waste of material and more I have to deal with discarding all the cardboard. I'm very pleased with the products, don't get me wrong, but surely there would be a more economic way of shipping products…

Coming up on an oil change so I went ahead and ordered an OEM filter and some oil for free shipping. Both were listed as Ships in 24 Hours. Later that week I reached out by email, 3 business days later, and then live chat 5 business days later. Didn't get an email response but live chat support was on point.
The oil filter showed up a week after that, so a good 10 business days later. The packaging was damaged but the filter looks alright. Today the oil showed up. Two weeks later on the 11th business day. I'm glad this wasn't urgent order wise but it's still mad frustrating to go two weeks for something I could've picked up locally and paid an extra $10 if that
Hit the email line and got no response for a few days. Decided to try live chat and I want to say it was Brittany K or G that helped me out. Checked my order quick, let me know what the deal was. No explanation for why the shipping had been delayed for 5 business days but let me know they were about to finish processing it. I was given a credit for the troubles which is appreciated. The support was and is solid but it doesn't make up for the two week time from order to delivery on items that supposedly ship in 24 hours
They're usually quick with the shipping and the prices are decent. Been getting OEM parts from them for a while as I don't feel like taking that 90 minute trip to pick up an oil filter
OEM oil filter always. Motul for the oil because it's consistent shift wise throughout the change interval. The color and scent of 7100 is nice too

T-Rex racing products are well built. They fit perfectly in both right on. The finish is black matte powder coat. I really like the packaging everything is sealed and thick plastic.

I know there are different opinions on shelf life of a motorcycle tire, I was somewhat disappointed that the one I received was already two and a half years old.
