Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I am not completely worth my first order experience. First of all, I was expecting this order in 2 days. Then, the order was canceled because of some issue with inventory...but then was told it was in stock...Makes no sense. I had to reorder abs have not been refunded by affirm yet. When I called because Affirm said they were waiting for Revzilla to cancel the order, the agent I spoke to gave me no confidence that she knew what she was doing... then hung up on me!

The biggest issue I have with revzilla, and one which will make me reconsider shopping with you again, is that I bought 2 items with 24 hr shipping, that didn't ship for a few days after. This resulted in me not having the parts I wanted for my track day. If I can't rely on consistent shipping, then I'll look elsewhere for these parts in the future.

I needed a stainless steel front brake line for my dr650. I planned to ride it in a event a week away from the day i was ordering the part. I ordered on a monday and when the part had not even been shipped that friday i called. The website had said it would be shipped in two to three days. When i called they told.me it wouldnt ship till the next week...I ordered the part from somewhere else and had it the next day. Had i known that revzilla would take that long i would have just ordered from the place that got it to me in time. The part did arive two weeks after I ordered it. I just kept it as i didnt want to hassel with retuning it.
The representative was very nonchalant about the fact that the website had misslead me. And pretty much just said thats the way it is..like i should just accept ... no offer to cancel the order or refund.

I like this helmet it fits good and the noise level is good compared to not wearing a helmet! I installed me Sena on it and I'm good for some cool weather riding. Would have been 5 stars but when I was Supply with the information of the nearest cycle gear near me to Mount the tire they don't have anyone there that can mount tubeless tires. Here is a suggestion RevZilla should find out which cycle gear locations have the ability to mount tubeless tires before sending their customers there. So FYI the cycle gear located in Bellingham Washington does not have experience in mounting tubeless tires so let your customers know this. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay more to have this tire mounted.

When I ordered my OEM parts from Revzilla the ship date was 1 to 2 weeks, and they arrived 2 weeks later. They are the correct parts! Woo HOO! No issues with the whole process...I've ordered from Revzilla before and will in the future also.
They are able to get OEM parts I needed, rather than ordering the parts thru a dealership, which would cost more due to their markup.
They were the OEM pats and i wanted to stick with them rather than aftermarket parts.

Options and variety
It was what I was looking for that I couldn't find in person at the store due to lack of sizes.
The sizing on these is a little off, or at least it was for me. First, the size guide on the Revzilla website does not match the 'real' size guide from Astars. So I definitely recommend you use Astars size guide instead. That being said, I'm usually a EU43/US9.5, and for these shoes, the US size 9.5 is a 42.5, the US size 10 is a EU 43. In the end the 9.5 was too small for me, but the 10 feels a little too big, So I may be one of the unlucky ones, I'm not sure.
That being said the shoes are comfortable, they cover the ankles well and the ankles protection feels very thick and makes me feel secure without feeling bulky at all. The sole feels really protective as well, I like the shift lever pad, and so far the shoes feel like they breathe nicely so they should be good for the Summer.
They are quite comfortable off the bike, I wear them all day at the office, so overall happy with them, just beware of the sizing and cross-check your size on the Astars website...
