Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I ordered a throttle cable guide for a Kawasaki C14 and got it delivered in record time, still waiting on the OEM items I ordered from Partzilla. Do yourself a favor and buy RevZilla

Website was slow majority of the time I was on it, ordered a few different parts. They all came in at different times with different assortments of other parts. For example I ordered 4 new plugs and was getting them one by one every other day for like a week rather then in one shipment. On the of plugs had a cracked box and was just stuffed into a ziplock bag. Shipping box's for sure could be improved. Not what I expected out of such a large company.
Overall online shopping is easier I thought.

The Alpinestar Ridge V2 is a good boot. Solid construction, ankle pucks sewn in, weather proof, but the writeup on RevZilla specifies that they are medial zip covered with velcro flap. They are not. There is no zipper. The velcro is solid, and the leather is a one piece, accordion design, so I dont think they're coming off even in an impact situation, but it's not as written. Lots of reviewers have complained about Alpinestar sizing being too large, but the Euro sizes are correct. I measured my foot and used another brand's size chart for comparison. Problem appears to be that somewhere the US sizing got confused with UK sizing (?) making them appear to run large. Well built boot and fast shipping.

Tire choices seemed very limited and it is years after the pandemic. Not sure what is causing the shortage of sports touring tires.
Also, the wording on the tire rebate for Michelin tires was vague at best. I ordered a single tire expecting a rebate but after weeks of review and many phone calls to Michelin they rejected my case. Fortunately, Revzilla is a great company and gave me a $$ gift card to make up for the poorly worded rebate offer.

There was an email option for the card, but since I had enough time, I opted to get the actual card mailed. They mailed it right away and I had it within 3 days. He appreciated the card. I have ordered from RevZilla before and was very happy with the product and the speed of delivery. I was excited to buy from y'all again. After this go I don't know that I will. I have been tracking my order for some time. To be excited that my helmet has shipped and was delivered today. When in fact it was the face shield that is still supposably waiting for pick up. And a week ago on an online chat was not very pleased with the response with the takes 5-7 days to ship. When it had already been 8 days from the time ordered.

Safety and pride
Videos are so informative, tried using but I'm too nervous to create the suction and not be able to remove if I don't like it. So they are collecting dust.
I ordered a light set from the catalog that clearly stated kit included both Trunk and Saddlebag Lights, but only the Saddlebag lights were shipped. When I contacted Customer Support the lady only told me I was in error and didn't even try to make me whole.
I was very disappointed and will now probably never order from this company again.
I would paste in the advertized item to show it clearly states both lights, but this site won't allow it.

If I had received what I ordered it would have been a good price, but only receiving half the order made it not a good deal.
My experience was pretty good I think the only downside is just that while it says on the site that an item mag ship in 24hrs I found that to not be the case. One part of my order shipped promptly and the other part took a couple days to ship.
