Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
These were on sale and wow, what a deal. Great for riding and look cool too. I will definitely buy this brand again.
Originally bout an exhaust from another vender called IXIL USA and after 2 weeks of them giving me the run around i decided to cancel the order with them and used RevZilla instead. I received my exhaust from RevZilla in 3 buisness days. Will definitely order from them again.

I was a little confused that my boots came from a semi-local business, called Commonwealth Motorcycle instead of RevZilla, itself.

I wanted a different seat for my 23 Harley Street Bob 114. I narrowed it down to a Saddleman or
A La Pera. I looked at several websites and the La Pera received very high reviews. After putting this on my bike it made sense why the La Pera is well thought of.
When I search for parts and choose the year, make and model of my bike during a search, the search resets and I'm given all parts and accessories for my bike. It would make a lot more sense to treat the vehicle information as a filter than make me go through the hassle of finding the category again.

This is probably more for Puig than Revzilla. Shopping experience was great as always, but I was a little disappointed in the product (Puig windscreen) as it had a few minor blemishes /scratches that I noticed after install, but not enough to take it back of and return.
Needed a replacement lock for a GIVI topcase. They had what I needed and shipped it quickly. Can't ask for much more.
