Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Since rebuilds for my Russell would be right in the heat of riding season and since I have had a good experience with Sargent seats I decided to purchase another. I will get the RDL rebuilt, but I will run the Sargent for my routine riding.

Howdy! I know I'm not alone on this. However I was sad to find out I didn't recieve a RevZilla sticker with my recent purchase. I do love the fact u ship tires in a complete box now vs just shrink wrap. So I font mean to sound ungrateful. I've gotten stickers in the past for my purchases, and thought RevZilla might just be changing things. Well as a long time customer this won't make me stop buying from u. Wide variety of products for different bikes.
The last set of Bridgestone I had were no longer available.
Well they're 13 inch shocks they fit I adjusted them mid range. Haven't been out riding yet. Been waiting for the weather to be nice but they have to be better than the pieces of crap that were on there. I'm sure they will be just fine. I have progressive fork cartridges. And I'm very satisfied with them.

Overall, I noticed that warehouse processing and the amount of time it takes RevZilla to ship their product seems slower, and takes longer than what I am used to.
I ordered a small part that the website listed was in stock and would ship out same day. It did not ship out for three more days. Not sure if their website was inaccurate and they were waiting to receive it from the original manufacturer? I even chatted with an online representative 48 hours after the order and she said she could see it was being packaged on the floor. But it still did not go out that day.
To be fair, the representative gave me 15 RevZilla points, which was very kind of her.
