Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Purchased a vance and hines tuner for my 19 road glide, works very well.
Purchased a set of vance and hines short shot exhaust for my 00 sportster, doesn't fit with my kuryakyn forward controls.
Revzilla says they will fit with some forward controls.

Vance and hines are well known for their products. I wanted an upgrade that I didn't have to worry about any problems with.
Unfortunately the exhaust didn't fit with my other upgrades..
Four days ago I placed an order for a jersey they said was in stock for four days I got emails thanking me for my purchase they charged my credit card but never seen a tracking email the next day like they said I would on the end of the fourth business day I called to check on it and was told my order was cancelled I should have received an email I did receive the email while I was on hold to speak to them and still receiving emails thanking me for my purchase after that email so when they say they ship with one to two days is wrong it took them four to realize they sold me something they don't have now I'm four days behind and will now not have a jersey for the first race of the year because now I have to wait another one to have one shipped from somewhere else piss poor decision on there part supplying three race bikes anybody know I spend thousands every year on bikes and dont have time to be yanked around tried to give you my business but have proven to me you can't be relied on

I've ordered lots of times over the years and I have always been satisfied.The items I bought were replacements and on closeout, and match existing bags I already have. I figured that I better order replacements for my worn out gear before they were no longer available. The Cortech super tank bag 2.0 is different than my original; the new one doesn't expand like the last model (of the same name!) did. I've owned the Cortech super 2.0 tank bag, tail bag, and saddlebags for years, and would have a 5 star review if the zippers were better. It's a shame to need a tank bag replacement just because the zipper is broken.

The original order took a long time to show it had shipped, it showed in stock, I actually contacted customer service and got an email saying it shipped shortly after the contact. The tracking number just stated a label had been created for a few more days. Over a week after the order was put in the riding jeans show up and they are the wrong size. I contacted customer service and a return label was generated and a new order entered. I am now waiting again for the tracking information. Maybe in another week I will hopefully get the order properly fulfilled.
The customer service issue was resolved in about 5 minutes. I sent a photo of the wrong size and a new order and return label was quickly generated. I can't say the same about the fulfillment and shipping aspect of the experience

Ordered Wednesday morning with 2day shipping included being an RPM Member. Didn't show up until the next Tuesday afternoon. My complaints about the slow shipping and supposed "premium RPM Member customer service" were essentially scoffed at. 3yrs I've been a member mostly to support their YouTube content but it's not worth it.
My complaint wasn't taken seriously.
We do apologize. The 2 day shipping is on eligible items. Oil is not able to be shipped expedited and must be shipped standard ground. We do apologize for th delay that this caused.

The return process was painless but I would have rather receive the helmet in the size I needed the first time. I measured my head exactly per the sizing chart and it was so tight I could barely get the helmet on. That's too big of a difference. Please update the sizing chart for each helmet manufacturer.
Great support system, found from YouTube videos, Solid gear for a solid price, can't be said any other way. Helmet was a little tight so I may size up next time, however not actual gear or merchandise issue.

I wanted some more casual looking boots to ride from Baltimore to Norfolk for Easter. I ordered the boots the Sunday prior and they arrived as promised with plenty of time to spare before my trip. The boots fit well and were comfortable.
This is my third pair. I use them every day and wear them all day, rain or shine. They last ( waterproof) for about three years before the sole wears out and they begin to leak. I put a piece of duct tape on the toe and that gets them through the last winter. Price was the same three years ago.

I got a helmet that didnt fit right even though I measured. So when it came to swap it for the next size up revzilla charged a 10 dollar shipping fee which I find to be irritating in the modern day especially when it comes to sizing.
