Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

It was some great motorcycle gear that I purchased. The webpage could have shown me the prices in Australian dollars once I selected Australia as my delivery destination. Overall, happy with my RevZilla purchase experience.

There's a a ton of reasons I keep buying from Revzilla: they have the products, they have the knowledge and their customer service is top notch.

I ordered a pair of pants and they arrived missing one piece of knee armor. I chatted with customer service and we found some replacement armor that fit and it was ordered (free of charge) and on it's way before we left the chat. Even though there was a problem with my order, it was resolved so well and quickly it didn't even feel like an issue. Revzilla just took care of it with no fuss

Don't trust the delivery dates. I ordered 4 tires from Revzilla and they all shipped from different locations. It took 4 days days to ship some items and 10+ days before receiving all the items even though the web site mentioned that they would ship within 24 hours.
Customer service was absolutely useless... Returning all the items and will definitely order elsewhere in the future.
None of the agents were empowered to help and didn't want to go out of their way to try to make things better either. They offered a $25 voucher after I called a few times.
Revzilla used to have fast and efficient shipping but this is no longer the case
I selected the Michelin Power Cup EVO since they are very sticky and have a short warm up time.
Researched different helmets with their videos, decided to order the same type and brand as before, simple ordering process, kept up to date on the order as it shipped, received it three days later in perfect condition.
Revzilla reviews many of the products on their site so you can decide between brands what works for you.
Purchased a Shoei RF 1400 two years ago from Revzilla and loved it. So, I just bought another one as it fits me, is lightweight, quiet, and well made.

The Shinto tires are a great product, but took 5 days to receive them. Granted it was over the weekend, but expected a little quicker shipping as an RPM member.
RPM member and usually have a great selection of products.
I have had great experiences with Shinko Tires.
After going to multiple different websites, all the prices are the same. As well as the stock. They claim to use the same warehouses as the other sites. At least you can receive points to use for future purchases, or maybe a coupon.

Got some Tusk handguards, look very good but right side not drilled properly for mounting so have to deal with warranty replacement which is a pain when shipping international incurring extra costs. These can be eliminated by using standard US post to Canada with package marked warranty.
Also would like option to request shipping complete orders and wait for backordered items prior to shipping. Multiple shipments increases cross border costs substantially for Canadian customers. Should have option to select us post for shipping small items which can be delivered direct to Canadian addresses inexpensively.

Excellent supply for large range of motorcycle parts and accessories. Like the Tusk product line. In stock availability is typically very good with prompt delivery.
Quality OEM availability and other quality products at competitive pricing. Could improve website so when going from OEM part order to cart and back, you can return to the OEM part section you were in. Currently have to go through whole bike selection process again to go back and gather other OEM parts.
The process was simple however, I prefer that the gift card be assignable. Providing the retailer with the recipient's email address.

Aesthetics and performance.
I'm reviewing a License plate brkt. The pic showed turn signals which are NOT part of what you get for 80+ bucks. Basically, you get a brkt and a separate order of a plate lite with tiny brkt.
I think they should show what you actually get and note you use the old signals. I don't have them, so an issue.
I want the products to be able to be shipped to Japan as well.
