Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Got a a ls2 challenger gt carbon for a quarter of the price (on sale), so I have no complaints about the helmet I do have to flip my big ole ears straight in the helmet other than that I love the product i received.

Ordered a new visor for my Shoei helmet RF-1400. Came as promised, in a timely fashion.
These guys know most of us ride and sometimes we don't want to wait a whole week or two for an order to arrive. This is like Amazon of bikes. You order and the stuff is at your house within a day or two. Everything I've bought has been no issues, works, and held up to its quality. I'll recommed Revzilla to any of the people I know who ride, but I don't don't have to because ordering from them is a no brainer.

However, my last order was for rubber intake stacks for my Z900RS. The order took almost a week to arrive and when it did, I was disappointed to see there was only one, when I needed two. Because Revzilla is known for performance I thought they were sold as a set, as one does no one any good. I would expect to receive only one from Kawasaki, but not from a performance shop. Though it's nice to have a go to for parts that usually has everything I need for both my Harley and Kawasaki.

I've shopped on RevZilla a number of times and I'm always happy with the quality and variety of the products for sale. There's usually lots of reviews to read through, and they fulfill and ship orders quickly.
I trust that they only sell quality products, and there’s plenty of product info to help me decide what works best for me.
My most recent purchase was for a new set of tires to replace an old, worn set. The product I decided on was based on a recommendation by a family member as well as the positive reviews and product images on RevZilla.
Everything in the ordering process went very well. I subscribed to the RevZilla e-mail and text expecting to receive 10% off on my first order, but when I entered the code I was sent, it said the item I was purchasing did not qualify. I wouldn't have saved a lot of money, but still I was disappointed. I was very delighted however, with how quickly I received my order. I ordered with standard shipping on Friday at about 3 P.M., and UPS delivered my package at 9 A.M. Saturday!

I ordered some OEM parts for my motorcycle and some cleaning supplies for my chain. I don't know if I overlooked it, but I would rather wait a bit longer to have all items shipped at once and pay shipping once. Instead I paid for two shipments and received items in a cluster. Like I said, I might have overlooked it, but I would want an option to just wait a bit longer for one shipment.
OEM parts are easy to find and acquire from Revzilla.

Purchased both brake and shifter side pegs. Brake side install completed, no issues. However when tightening the Shifter side the product broke and cracked in multiple areas. Reported to Revzilla Customer Service and awaiting further instructions.

I ordered several maintenance items (air and oil filters, plus spark plugs). Everything came in the expected time; the only odd thing is that one of the spark plugs came with the filters, and the other three came in a separate box. Not a problem, just a artifact of modern stocking practices...

Overall happy. I wish that sale items that were out of stock were just...not available to see. Its not a big deal, but I keep clicking on things that I want in the sale section, only for every size to be out of stock. Some items ship slow, but whatever.

I purchased my Shoei J-Cruise II helmet during the 2024 Daytona Bike Week at the Revzilla vendor tent at the Daytona International Speedway. It was shipped to my home where I tested it on a 85 mile ride on various roads at varying speeds. It did just as well as my Shoei Neotech II. I purchased it for summer riding as the temps are high in Florida. The staff at the vendor tent were extremely helpful. My purchase was seamless and quick. My helmet arrived at my home before I did. I have always had great service from Revzilla. They were the only vendor at the 2024 Daytona Bike Week that carried the Shoei J-Cruise II helmet.
I was able to try the Shoei J-Cruise II helmet on for a proper fit to determine if I even wanted to purchase the helmet. I had been searching for a 3/4 helmet for quite some time and had narrowed it down to this helmet, but wanted to try it on before purchasing.
