Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I order and icon helmet and visors but didn't get the right visors to go with the right helmet it was my fault but wish there was so kind of warning about that. But other than my mistake everything was great

I went a size up on these to the Large after reading other reviews and they fit perfect, except for the length. They are about 4" to long for me, so if I wasn't a seamstress already, they wouldn't work for me, but I can easily hem them. I'm 5'3" and 160lb with a bigger booty and full thighs. They are tight the first time pulling them on, so seem like they won't fit, but they do stretch a touch and then slide on easier after that. I wore them around the house for a bit to break them in. NOT a fan of the zipper at the bottom of the leg, but jerking them fixed it for me. Seems like it would have been uncomfortable in a shoe or boot. Very excited for these and my skinny jeans slid right up over them no problem.
I have shopped with them in the past and they have a good selection, great review videos, and a good return policy if something doesn't work out.
I wanted a protective base layer so I have the ability to wear more things without constantly buying motorcycle gear to have something new, which can be very expensive.
When going back from viewing one option to view the rest of the options, the page would not save search settings and revert back to standard making browsing difficult. All else was great.
