Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I purchased my windscreen for my 2023 honda cb500f fairly easily. It arrived quickly and fit great.

Bro. It's like, I got a tire at another place. They sent me the wrong size, because the size I ordered wasn't in stock. You know how bummed I was? So bummed. Couldn't ride, bogus. My rim was sitting there without rubber all weekend. Makes me sad thinking about it.
I ordered a tire from another store, they didn’t have my size in stock, so they gave me the next size larger. How does that make any sense. Returning that tire. I should’ve just stayed with Revzilla.

First order, shoes didn't fit. Tried to use the online chat function on the website to talk to their gear specialists about sending them back and finding ones that did - waited for almost an hour at "first in line, 3 minute wait" before I gave up and just made another order. I'm a new rider - ordered my first riding jacket/flannel and the armor of the SAME BRAND AS THE JACKET, and the shoulder armor didn't fit at all. I'll have to trim them to fit I guess, because sending products back to Revzilla costs almost half as much as the shoulder armor cost in the first place.

I was "number 1 in line" and the wait time on the live chat was 3 minutes, for nearly an hour before I gave up. I hope these boots fit, because the shoes I ordered were too small and I have to send them back.

I'm happy with my jacket and the buying process. However, I live in Hawaii, and the shipping has been complicated on this and previous purchases. When I purchased it would not let me give a PO Box for delivery. So I gave my physical address. Free shipping took over 3 weeks to get here and was delivered at the post office where my PO Box is. They said they almost sent it back. Revzilla needs to realize that when you send an item ground shipping on USPS to Hawaii, it literally goes on the ship. This is new as of about a year ago. Please update your system.
I ordered this Racing Bros monoshock through Rezvilla but it was drop shipped from an unknown seller. The box it was shipped in was huge. The shock was dropped in the box in its original Styrofoam case but without its original box. The shock was no longer in its Styrofoam holder and the preload adjuster and hydraulic reservoir were also flopping in the box. It appeared undamaged so I installed the $750.00 shock. Disappointing how some moron would not even put bubble wrap or crate paper in such a huge box knowing what was going to happen.
