Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I ordered tires and tubes from Revzilla and they were delivered on time, as promised.

I'm curious as to why my order cannot be sent to my Post Office Box where I have received Revzilla orders in the past. I am having to use a friend's physical address because the last time I tried to receive an order at my own physical address, the shipper would not deliver it to my physical address and the order was sent back to Revzilla. I was pretty bummed out.
Revzilla has an excellent selection of gear for the motorcyclist. Shipping issues concern me and I hope I get my order.

Fit on my 2017 ninja 650 perfect. Not too big that it looks weird but big enough that it makes semi long distances sooooo much more relaxing. Wind hits my helmet instead of my chest now and flys up in my helmet making a bunch of wind noise. Slight tuck and zero wind on me. I love it

Ordering is easy, like most sites. However, its when there are issues is where RevZilla really shines. Sometimes the parts just don't fit like you would want or the gear isn't what you expected. RevZilla takes has always been responsive and they take care of it quickly. So many store fronts (and people) are just so unresponsive when an issue arises, not RevZilla in my several years of experience with them.

Responsiveness, knowledge, and customer service for years. I have four motorcycles and RevZilla get's most of my business because of this. So much better than Rocky Mountain. In fact, I stopped doing business with RM over a year ago due to their customer service specific to a return of an item that would not fit a bike they said it would. They simply do not know the products they sell.

What you claimed would ship in 5-7 days didn't. After 8 days of hearing nothing from you, I called you. I eventually received the helmet with broken pieces from the visor floating around in the bag with the helmet. Called you again, you sent me an email asking for photos and 3 questions to answer before you would make a decision as to what course to follow. You said that would take two days. Today is day three and again, I've heard nothing from you.

However, when I purchased the bike new, the OEM Suzuki battery was made in Japan. This one was made in Taiwan. I would've like to have received the actual OEM battery as expected.

The Avon Cobra Chrome tires I like to run on my bike have been in scarce supply for a year or more. I recently received an email from RevZilla stating the tires were once again in stock. A pre-purchase Google search found another merchant offering the same tires for less. I copied the link from the other merchant showing the tires at a better price, clicked the chat button on the ReviZilla website, pasted the link there, and asked, "Can you match?" Customer support quickly responded with a yes.
A couple of minutes later a link to the tires at the matching price was emailed to me. I purchased the tires and not only got the matching price, but I also earned around $35 in ZillaCash. The tires were shipped for free and a few days later. Thanks, RevZilla!

As far as I know, Metzeler and Avon are the only two tire manufacturers who make matching sets of tires for my 2022 Triumph Rocket 3 R. I've used both and prefer the Avon Cobra Chrome.
