Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Easy to search, clear description of item, but size did not match description. Also, I had to pay $9,99 shipping fee to return this item. Will look for different options next time.

Website says in stock ships today! Actually ships over a week later. Im so tired of online vendors who arent honest about what they have and when they can send it. Took a chance on some on sale tank grips. They are horrible. Wont stick. It was properly prepped and wont stick. Glad they were only 10 bucks. Feel real bad for the folks who paid 60 for them.
They didnt care what they advertised or when you actually recieved the product.
I thought they had what I needed and could ship them in a timely mannor. I was wrong.

I am very hesitant to order because of usps shipping. If it goes like other things I have ordered I will never see these items they will sent back to you and my money for this stuff will be tied up for six weeks in the returns process. USPS doesn't work well in rural areas. If that's what happens I just wont ever shop here again.

I ordered an Olympia airglide 6 jacket for summer wear for my husband, size medium. He is a true medium size. The jacket came with a liner and with the liner in place, it fit normal. Without the liner which is mostly how the jacket will be worn as it is a summer jacket, the fit was loose all over, trunk and arms, and when adjusted with the straps to get a better fit, the material folded in and looked like a poorly fit jacket.
We returned the jacket but were charged a $9.99 return shipping fee. This seems unfair when it was the correct size with a sloppy fit?
We like that they carry a good variety of products and name brands.
In need of a summer riding jacket
I bought this product on Thursday afternoon, paid $35 for the Next Day delivery and it didn't get shipped until Monday. I looked at the FAQ and it said if it was bought on Thursday it would get shipped on Friday.

Only place that I could trust to be for my bike guess that backfired
I ordered a pair of large gloves, but received mediums. The gloves were attached to a display card that said large, but the gloves themselves were marked as medium. Everything else in my order was correct. I'm not sure if the gloves were returned and then resold, or if it was a manufacturer error.

I ordered a Letric lighting buckshot for my Indian Pursuit. It is an absolute monster. I can light up a 3 lane interstate side to side, 5 seconds up at 90mph with the low beam. For those idiots who slow roll the fast lane, high beam reminds them that they need to use the skinny pedal.

I was curious how good it be
Mirror works as advertised, perfect small size for bike mirrors. Was hoping for more visibility, I guess the lens isn't super angled. But it does work, can't complain.
First and foremost I understand that shipping times are completely out of your control and that is the only negative comment I have. I'm am very pleased with the icon being my first helmet and how easy it was to install my Cardo 2X Bluetooth.
Needed help picking out a Bluetooth and the chat was more than helpful.

Had a broken shield cord so I found exact replacement from revzilla at same price. I hav purchased from before so ordered. The poor part of this is It took 3 plus weeks for delivery. This is unacceptable in today's environment.
