Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Quick and easy but being able to try sizes at Cycle Gear made all the difference. Would have been far less likely had I not been able to try them on.

My physical gift card had not been delivered after two weeks. I couldn't track it (just said that it was ready but hadn't gone anywhere) so I called. My CS rep immediately saw the same issue, tried to see if she could find out where it was and then contacted her supervisor to replace the physical card with an e-giftcard which I received within 10 minutes of the conclusion of our conversation.
My representative immediately saw the issue and worked to expedite a resolution. I am thrilled with her help and quick work.
I unfortunately have had issues getting a particular series of a tire, the tire was ordered and returned 3 multiple times, with that said the issue is with a distribution center, Revzilla's customer service team was great to deal with and very easy to speak with, in a timely manner, not sitting on the phone for 20 mins. This issue omens with a full refund and some ZillaCash. Customer service gets a 10

I just wanted to let you know, the brake master rebuild kit I order from you had aluminum bits inside the plunger, it was not clean properly after it was manufacture.
I had to disassemble, clean the edges of the holes to remove material that was not cut all the way, I also found bits inside, look to me that it was pushed in and not removed after production was done. I am glad that it did not cut any of the rubber O rings.

I received xl gloves, they run small as I could barely fit my hands in. They stretched a bit while riding so they worked out but beware they do seem a little small
Originally bought sm by mistake. Contacted customer service and was told that since the order had processed they could not stop it. This was maybe 45 minutes after the order. Luckily my wife liked them so I didn't have to send them back but just a simple size swap was all I wanted
