Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Nice Pipes and intake (Vance & Hines) Plus FP4 Tuner. Replaced the stock equipment on a 2022 FLFBS 114 Fatboy. Directions supplied could have used some tweaking But all in all an easy one man operation. Everything fit and worked great. Love the sound of the short shots! You can feel the boost in performance from stock.

Ordered items didn't get them within the promised timeframe. No one contacted me about any shipping issues or delays or whatever and in fact I just got the last item yesterday from order made on 1/26. Apparently one item never crossed over to shipping even though items were paid, another one or two items were outsold and the other one just arrived yesterday. So Revzilla is selling stuff that they not even know doesn't exist in the inventory. I know that you guys rely on third party companies to complete your business but come on get on track.

I thought that seat was going to help me with the ride that I have. I’m only 5’2” and the manufacturer stated that this seat would help set rider closer to the ground and IS NOT. So waste my money. ( Not your fault though)
