Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Order received a week earlier than expected. And it was the right part!

I always get what I ordered quickly. This time it was tires, and they were shipped wrapped very well in plastic wrap with the bead spacer cardboard in place, can't get any better.

The tires were warped on the outer edge as if they were stored horizontally, and the tires were from 2022. Was expecting fresher and straighter tires as I wanted the best tires I could afford.
Ordered a new set of tires. Placed the order on a Saturday and had them Wednesday. Cannot ask for better service than that.

I prefer a new helmet and gloves. Unfortunately the helmet arrived damaged but thankfully the return process was easy and I had a replacement free of charge.

I like the fact that HotWired uses buttons on the clothing vs an external controller.

All signs pointed to the carrier losing one of the two tires I ordered. RevZilla got me hooked up with the second tire right away. Customer service was a pleasure dealing with. Will order from again.
I ordered a helmet, it did fit my head correctly, Revzilla took it back, sent me another one that works and fits great, no shipping charges and quick credit back to my acct. Very nice and knowledgeable person on the phone and polite.

Terrible, Terrible experience. Ordered tank pads for my Ducati Panigale V4. Fitment on order says they fit with a check mark. But wrong pads. Then they resend and same crap, wrong ones again. When I questioned your sales rep why after someone reorders and there was an issue with improper labeling would someone not track down the problem and send me the right order, in other words physically check your stock and make sure you resend the correct pads. No sir we can't physically do that! WTF!
SO YOU WASTE MY TIME AND YOUR TIME AND SENT ME THE WRONG PADS AGAIN!
