Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I managed to get my hands on the Stella bionic v2 jacket and paid next day delivery. Granted I ordered it on a Saturday and it came on Tuesday. Will order again from here!
Not sure why I chose RevZilla but most other sites that sold what I was looking for wasn't in stock, but I don't regret ordering my jacket!

High quality manufacturer
I ordered 4 jackets in hopes that 1 of them would fit well. Sadly, none of them fit (not Revzilla's fault!) so I had to return them all. Each one was shipped to me individually (drop shipped?) which is not great (waste of resources) but that's not a major issue. The real problem is that I had to print out a return label (including return labels in the original shipment is being the standard now) and that it was for a single 16lb package. Ended up having to drive all over town to find a box big enough to fit 4 motorcycle jackets and paying $22 for one at the UPS Store. The $22 + the $9.99 return shipment fee means that I paid $32 to return the items that didn't fit. The same items on Amazon had free returns that I could drop off locally at Whole Foods - why would I buy anything from Revzilla again?
Finally, I sent a comment to Revzilla, outlining what I have just described above, and never received a response. Good customer service can make up for a bad experience but nothing but crickets from them.
Never heard back from them.

Good customer reviews and matched my criteria (mesh, high quality, moderate price).
Two items had to be returned. Revit Tornado 3 riding pants and jacket for my wife. They were way too small. I liked the sale price for the items, but I waited for more than one month before FedEx delivered my riding Tornado 3 riding jacket. That was kind of frustrating because I was waiting for my jacket to arrive before I sent my wife's riding gear back. By the time my jacket arrived, RevZilla was out of stock for the sizes that would have fit my wife. RevZilla may want to use UPS instead of FedEx.
One of my questions was confirming return policy. That was answered well. However, with other questions specific to items that I wanted to order, I felt that some of the RevZilla people did not know much about the products. That is, no more than I could answer myself about reading the description.
Products that we wanted were available at reasonable prices.
I did a lot of research on riding gear. I felt that the Tornado 3 pants and jackets were the best option for the price.

Wanted a hi-viz helmet that would get noticed. It looks pretty cool too.
Motor mount was good no fitment issues little pricey but supply and demand most places did not have a cheaper one in stock.
Shipping It’s normally fast.
And easy returns if any issues.

The quality and workmanship of this product was beyond what I thought I could get from revzilla. Each product I get from revzilla exceeds what I initially thought I would get. And if it doesn't fit or what ever, returns are free. I will now be a very loyal customer and will tell my compadres about the quality they will receive from Revzilla. Riggs hurricane adventure dual sport pannier bags
I have not tried the bags on the trail yet as it's quite wet in Portland Oregon still but they seem like a really good quality product at a fair price. Like everyone I did a lot of online reviews and these bags with the air vent do seem like the perfect bag for a small to midsize adventure bike. The purchase at RevZilla went very smooth although the bags did take some time to get here as I'm on the West Coast and the shipping I think was weather delayed for few weeks.

Been waiting10 days for the rest of my order. Called and got zero traction on the final item I ordered. It's been another two days and it still hasn't shipped. Unacceptable I could have gotten the item 5 days sooner right from the manufacturer. Last year as in 22-23 revzilla was good, now you suck. I'll be ordering from Rocky Mountain in Utah. They get me my orders faster anyway and they are further away. Revzilla has a warehouse on the other side of town from me and they still take longer. You guys fell off!
I've received my order really fast. Olympia has the right size chart. Really satisfied with this product.
It's okay I ordered a large. I only wish it was longer. When I tuck down on my bike it raises above my belt.
