Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Open box item described as brand new but may be missing packaging. Exactly correct.

I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about Revzilla other than it would be nice if they continued to expand their product selection. Sometimes I have to go to other sites because Revzilla doesn't sell what I need and I'd much rather continue to support Revzilla. If you buy a lot or plan to buy a lot, I highly recommend getting RPM membership, pays for itself in no time with savings and rewards and you get 2-day shipping on a lot of items. Clothing and gear options have been consistently good. Reviews and videos help with your decision making.
Revzilla was the first site I found when looking for motorcycle gear when I got my first bike. They've proven they are absolutely one of, if not the, best out there. Returns went smoothly, purchasing have always gone smoothly and shipped/arrived quickly and on-time. With RPM membership discounts, free shipping, and reward dollars, it doesn't make sense to shop else where, especially when you can get items price-matched.
