Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Product did what it said, size was spot on. Makes riding in cooler weather great.

Got a smokin' deal on some boots...euro sizing guide conversion, boots did not fit. Boots went off sale during the return, was told replacements would be full price or "You could call and ask them to see if they will discount them". Had to pay return freight. Rocky Mountain ATV & MC pays return freight one time if apparel does not fit. Guess where I'm going to order boots from.
No effort made to accommodate customer. I have sales experience, that's not the way to grow sales.

Have not used yet, but from reading reviews, a common occurrence is leak. Purchased anyway with intention of modifying as some may have. Will possibly change o ring with a thicker one and add some fuel resistant thread tape.
I recently bought an AGV K6 helmet and noticed the spring in the mechanism that removes the visor was broken. Instead of smoothly pulling the tab and releasing, it would get stuck and scratch the plastic on in inside. I called customer service, and Jason was able to help me get a replacement visor after I sent them pictures of the damage. This all happened within 24 hours without much hassle.
