Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
This place is very well stocked, and shipping is very fast! I feel like the pricing can be a little inconsistent, especially when compared to other online retailers. Overall it's still a regular go to for me.

Due to the fact that the YouTuber "Yammie Noob" has mentioned this store and products, as well as RevZilla (this store) having great TOP TIER motorcycle products at good prices compared to the competition. Not to mention how easy and straight forward everything is including the user friendly interface and the high quality videos depicting the product in great detail.
Everything that came from RevZilla was great and in excellent condition. However, they really need to overall their shipping process, bad inventory, and pricing for products. I had to shop around to many other sites to finish my new set of motorcycle gear.
I had to reach out to customer service twice to have my issue resolved since the first person never resolved. The second person I spoke with did credit me in the end.
Only choice I had to buy some gear. I would've bought it all from a different site or RevZilla if they had the inventory.
I ordered a pai r of O Neal Element Moto Cross Boots, size 9 White. I chose this product after reading the reviews. The price, sizing, comfort, and quality all helped Mr make my decision. My order was delivered in less than a week.

First and foremost, the positive. I received my order of LEGEND REVO A shocks quickly and Customer Service was great. The following day after installation, I was planning to ride and try the new ($1K) suspension upgrade. Upon precheck inspection of my bike, I discovered a puddle of red oil under the right side shock. It had leaked overnight and was obviously defective as the install was done properly. I totally understand manufacturing and the nuances that can happen, I've been in the industry for almost 20 years. RevZilla customer service started an RMA with LEGEND and advised on the next steps. I contacted LEGEND and they were beyond accommodating by sending me a new pair out the following day. When I received the replacement set from LEGEND directly, I noticed they were a bit different and had different part numbers than the pair from RevZilla. I confirmed with LEGEND that I did receive the correct set and that the RevZilla items were over 4 YEARS OLD manufactured in early 2020! C'mon guys, rotate your stock! I was beyond disappointed with RevZilla and will likely not buy from them again. Its an unfortunate circumstance, but lesson learned...

There's a lot of options when it comes to choosing gear. They had in depth videos on everything that I was looking at purchasing about the pros and cons and really helped me choose what best suits my needs.
Prices were the same or better than everywhere else I looked.
Site interface, product selection and product listings are all great, especially how many products have video reviews for them that are surprisingly insightful. Return policy for protective riding gear is convenient. The option to pay more for faster shipping to Hawaii would be a welcome addition though, shipping as it is now can take a week or more.
Easier to find what I need than Amazon with better organization. More detailed sizing information and a more friendly return policy for protective gear as well. Also, video reviews are very helpful. Product listing is not flooded with countless junk from unpronounceable brands.
