Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Products have been what was described from a features stand point, but not a status/new-ness standpoint.
Seems like a lot of people purchase and return RevZilla items as a way to try them on, or test on their bike etc. and RevZilla takes the returns which is great. That does mean that when you are buying a new item like an expensive helmet or other gear you don't know how many times it's been shipped back and forth across the country and tried on by any number of people or dropped while unpacking. I think it would be more reasonable to sell these items as open box and not at full price. Disappointed in receiving a clearly open box / Returned helmet and not getting a partial credit refunded.
Asked for pictures of the helmet to confirm that it was not in New state. I sent them a picture of the shipping label from the previous customer that was still in the previously opened box as proof. They still wanted additional pictures before assisting in any way.
I'm new to RevZilla and street riding in general. First of all, the amount of available products is astonishing and then you have to make choices. This is where the site stands out amongst others. In most cases (97-98%), the descriptions and images are current and give a lot of detail. Additionally, the pros and cons videos that are included in the image carousels are very valuable in helping make an informed decision on products, lowering the potential for returns and/or getting something you're not happy with upon delivery. I really appreciated this part and felt that it helped immensely in the decision making process. Also, having someone knowledgeable going through the product features and demonstrating their use was another highlight. I'll keep shopping here for sure.

This site is overrated. Customer service is 3 out of 10 at its best.
They also make you pay for the shipping labels in case you return an item. Buy from Amazon or other marketplaces, so you don't have rely on their unreliable handling time and miserable return experience.
Shipping was in a timely fashion as promised and the customer service there has always been very helpful going above and beyond to help you get what your looking for even when you don't know what that is promise they will know

Everything I've ordered so far came packed well and in good condition, but man does Revzilla reach all the way to the bottom when it comes to shipping. Everything I've ordered has taken 2-3 weeks to arrive. I live in AR and never have issues with other sites. I also lived in Japan for 3 years where most items I've ordered only took 10-14 days to arrive from the US. Whatever the process is at the warehouse needs to be refined before I start ordering gear on Revzilla again. In the meantime I suggest shopping at your local Cycle Gear store. They're sister companies anyway.

$8.00 for a 5 of o-rings not to bad. $9.28 to ship an envelope, not good. Shipping it a week later with sure post taking almost 2 weeks to get from PA to SC, Horrible... My first and last experience with Revzilla. I think most of their employees spend the day writing positive google reviews instead of filling orders.

Pretty good website, delivery times are average, sometimes early, sometimes late. Pricing on non-house brands can be hit & miss.
The no hassle returns policy is nice but since you have to pay for return shipping not really an option for items that may not fit. To be honest I prefer to see wearable items in person & try them on before buying.
Received a com unit that was obviously opened & returned or was used as a demo. I sent pictures of the box with the added labels on it (it had several) & customer service waived the return fee.
When checking the website approximately 1 week later to reorder an "open box" unit was offered at a discount. Due to the timing and the claim that it was shipped directly from the manufacturer I would make the assumption that it was the unit I returned. I would have been open to a partial refund to keep the unit but it was not offered (which I get, people scam for discounts all the time).
I do not have retailers in my area that carry much of a selection of motorcycle gear.
I received both of my orders and everything fit very well. However, the one thing I needed most, a visor that I'm not even sure will fit at the moment, was not sent. I received a pair of padded riding shorts. So I started an exchange and am waiting on the returned item to get to its location. Not a huge deal, but just ever so slightly annoying.
It seemed to be the best option for riding gear that I could find outside of Amazon.

I purchased 3 components for a quad lock phone mount system. I was originally thinking of just the anti vibration and standard mount for my bike. It happens to be $00.01 off to qualify for free shipping. So, if thats all you need, find a cheap pair of hearing protection or whatever to get over that.01 hurdle to qualify for free shipping. Note, the date is 7/17/2023. This may be different later on. In addition, each component was shipped separately on the same day from the same shipping location. Not sure what was up with that, but everything arrived on the same day in separate packages.

I bought these for 2021 Vulcan S. They were shipped and delivered sans box i.e. Just the exposed tires taped together, along with shipping label. Apparently, this is fairly common how tires are shipped to residential customers. However, I really wish it came in a box for protection (and privacy) for my peace of mind considering I have to trust my life on two tires that could've been damaged during shipping.

Been ordering parts and accessories for my motorcycle from revzilla for a little over a year. Their customer service is always top notch. If you order wrong size or if the clothes just don't fit it is easy to return them.
Had to return some levers that were not compatible with the mounting brackets I have. Was able to return them and get the right levers ordered.

Order was placed fine and jacket seems lightweight and of high quality. No update on shipping from Revzilla throughout the process after waiting 3 business days. After contacting them, they were not able give me an update as it was being shipped from another source or warehouse. Jacket arrived with no order status on my front porch. There can be better communication between Revzilla and this party for the customers sake.

Purchased a new battery to replace existing, worked out perfectly. Also found out my current battery charger was for automotive vice motorcycles so purchased a compatible charger. Everything works exceptionally well and great quality. When talking on the phone with customer service, they were really friendly and extremely knowledgeable and ensured that I got the correct products for my needs. Will definitely shop here again!

Would give 5 stars if RevZilla would use any shipping method that didn't involve USPS.usps is like flipping a coin on if you will get your package or not and it's also a 50/50 wether they will deliver it to my address or not. This time my package went back and forth from Memphis to Little Rock a few time before finally making it. I will definitely pick a different delivery method the next time.hopefully usps will go under soon and it won't be a problem anymore
