Ordered a Helmet but got one size too small. Contacted support which got back to me next day and gave me a free return label since I was reordering a different size.It's a holiday weekend so still waiting on the replacement. Hope all goes well.

Quick and to the point.

Found what I needed. Can be hard to tell the difference between some very similar products. Customer service is very polite, but don't follow through with promise of finding out and contacting again.
They severely overestimate their ability to prep packages for shipping. If it says 3-5 business days, you'll be waiting 10 business days to have it even given to the shipping company.

I think Revzilla is great. I feel bad because lately I've returned a few items (jacket, 2 pairs of jeans). This is due primarily due to fit which I am having difficulty nailing down. Thanks for putting up with that.

I've purchased several items over the years, and it has always been easy with Revzilla. I find their videos on product reviews also very helpful. My most recent order arrived in a box that was heavily damaged by the carrier. The product was fine. I also found the product significantly cheaper somewhere else after I had purchased. Contacted CS through the chat and they easily matched the price. So no buyer's remorse.

Found the product on another site for significantly less. Customer Service was able to match the price, and it was an easily inquiry handled through the chat.

Rear suspension for the Harley arrived exactly on the day indicated. RevZilla never ceases to amaze me with their professionalism.

Ever since complaining about a missing package, I can no longer order on Revzilla or Cyclegear websites using any transaction besides a wire transfer due to being shadow banned. This is besides all the other issues I've had with customer service & their lack of assistance/support. I think this is extremely poor customer service & I will continue to avoid these sites/this company by any means.

Customer service told me the only option would be a wire transfer, which is shady by any means for something less than $200 when I've spent thousands with this company.

I just need a receipt from the order so I can have proof of bike work.

Ordering process was easy and Simple. Called the toll free number and customer service was very helpful and responsive.

I would recommend this site to anyone. They are extremely honest and accommodating. I ordered a helmet that turned out to be too small and they gave me no problems whatsoever returning it for the next larger size.

3 out of 5 orders took over a week. Your shipping SUCKS! That has also landed you on the list of places that can not be trusted to get me parts. Rpm plus is a joke. Stop taking peoples money base on a 2 day shipping lie..

Everything seemed easy enough to find and the selection was good. Every item I ordered was in-stock. For some reason, one item had to ship later than everything else. Held up my oil change for a few days. Could have bought that item locally if they would have said something prior to placing the order. Used to the speed of Amazon, so Revzilla seems slow.

I really love the site. Easy to check products and watch videos.
Bought from them so many times. Follow their podcasts, and getting their texts.
As a small business owner i know how difficult it is to give best service with great experience but they nailed it.

I have always had the best experiences with Revzilla Great response, information, product, friendly sales people And competitive pricing. It's nice to deal with a business that does everything correct these days I am always very comfortable dealing with them and look forward to it whatever purchasing products related to my motorcycle.

Every time I end up on the Revzilla site, I have the experience that finding accessories for my bikes is simple, straightforward, and easy. I often don't even notice how easy it is, because the struggle to find what I'm looking for just isn't there. Great site, great inventory, great prices. A++

I used to use a chain and lock, however it got stolen when laying next to my house while I was at work. I decided to go for something smaller that I could take with me into the city and on errands and have protection more than just at home. It's worked well!

My order was due to ship "next business day" and was to be RPM's w day shipping. I ordered 11/23 (yes a holiday) and did not receive my order until 12/3. No response from an email to customer service.

I normally don't do reviews so I'll keep this short, I got the icon inky helmet following my knowledge of it, sized up from the medium that I'm normally used to into a large. (it really does run small) I got it within 4 days and free shipping so I'm happy and honestly impressed with the customer service. 5 stars RevZilla.

Love the videos there are the best. They are very helpful and knowing if the parts fit my ride is very helpful.

I had recently bought my first bike a few months ago and the time finally came to do my first oil change. I found just about everything I needed in one place! Here on revzilla! I didn't run into any issues, but if I did I would feel confident about getting really great customer service and help with my order if I needed it. Especially with a RPM account you know your items will ship quick, you're getting the best deals, and saving money in the long run. Thanks for making my first oil change a pretty painless experience!
