Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
It is true to size and it fits perfectly. It's not to lose but not too snug, and it doesn't get too hot

I'd like to review Revzilla's products but I can't because the $200 Forma Hyper shoes in Anthracite I bought were left by the shipper on the sidewalk outside my house in San Francisco and stolen. The company took zero responsibility and left me high and dry. Thanks Revzilla. You're the best!

Ordered, no problems. Got USPS tracking number for the first item that never populated, just kept saying in transit for Friday delivery, then it showed up early without warning via FedEx.
The second items tracking was never valid. I try to watch for packages and open our gate. Without valid tracking, that's not possible.
Familiar with them, historically they ship well, handle returns well and have good prices and I tend to not get repackaged used stuff like some other place I've dealt with.
I've shopped at Revzilla for many years and have bought a majority of my moto things from them. I have been very satisfied with the overall quality and shopping experience from them. They fall extremely short is the apparel department. Revzilla does not have an apparel exchange program and sizing guides are a joke. Apparel item sizing can vary from size to size. If you need a different size, tough, you are stuck with having to return the item (and wait up to 3 business days to receive your money back) and pay for return shipping for the item. Its almost 2024 and Revzilla does not have a program that provides its customers the ability to purchase and exchange an item if it doesn't fit. Sure, you could go to Cycle Gear and try an item on but they won't have it in stock. This is a big issue that Revzilla needs to address. Offer your customers an exchange program.

Received Two brothers exhaust for my Vulcan s and it sounds amazing! Install took about 10 minutes very easy process. After installing I did have to ride my bike for 30 minutes or so to burn off the newness of the exhaust due to it smoking and it was good afterwards.

I have ordered form them three times, every time I have had issues with shipping times, split shipments and twice shipments going missing. When you contact there customer service they are no help promise to resolve shipping issues but never do.do yourself a favor shop else where

Ordered helmet April 25 with $21.00 2-Day Shipping. Helmet not picked and shipped by RevZilla until May 4 (nine days). Order arrived, after weekend, on May 8. Total of about 14 days. Don't think I'll pay the extra shipping in the future. Will still buy from RevZilla.

Revzilla has been my go-to website for ordering things for a few years now. Lots of stock, competitive prices, and good customer service.
Most importantly, they are large enough and have good enough logistics that they can facilitate you buying and returning gear that might not fit without punishing you through time or money.
Pricing, availability, shipping, customer service and a good customer service program.
The giving side deflectors I received were scuffed up and have circle indentation marks where someone had mounted it to their bike.

Good selection and sometimes excellent prices on close out, however shipping is hit and miss. Some orders of in stock items take a week even though they used ups. My recent order took 7 days a similar order with denniskirk.com arrived in 3. Both ordered on monday shipped on tuesday, traveled a similar distance.
I ordered a pair of boots as a birthday gift for my dad. I purchase it Monday and selected next day delivery for the extra 36 dollars. Hoping to receive it wednesday. Tracking from ontrac said they haven't received it, I called up revzilla.They told me it was going to be on time, and that there tracking is slow to update. Turns out the shipment never even arrived at ontrac til two days later. Ordered on a monday and receive on a thursday.It sat in their warehouse for two full days. When I call to ask for a refund of my shipment, they lied to me said it was on time, after debating with Customer rep what next day shipping means, they offered half refund of my shipping cost. Mind you, they offer free shipping to began with. What a scummy company, why offer shipping options when you don't follow through and also like most of the other review, there first time customer promo code doesn't work. Never doing business with this company, stay away.

I called customer service to verify sizing. Items that arrived were much too big and I didn't realize it was my expense to return, and then reorder would occur shipping when not over the $75 free shipping minimum.

Needed a pair of fingerless gloves, lost mine. Not crazy about buying online without being able to try them on. I ordered two pairs, they came in different shipments, and they actually fit great when I got to put them on.
