Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Wonderful customer service via the phone line. She was extremely helpful about the size and description of the helmet. I also had an issue with my shield and was blue to get that switched out no problem. A++++

Revzilla was awesome: timely shipping, super informed about the policies. Love it... But the Oxford leggings, honestly not a fan. They were a quick purchase and the reviews seemed nice but apparently if you have a large waist, you have larger calves. The pants fit perfectly at the hip and thigh, the armor moved into position nicely when on a bike but the bottom part of the pants was floppy like a boot cut which is not what I wanted. Probably won't purchase these again.
Just like many of my previous purchases from Revzilla, this one was quick, easy and the product shipped right away. I don't ever recall having an issue when I purchased from them, so I continue to do so.

Revzilla has a big selection of harley parts and their prices are lower than what you can get at your local dealer. The best part is their return policy and no restocking fees on whatever you buy. Tires area also cheaper than most MC shops. Good if you are buying more than one set at a time.

Needed a head liner for my helmet which was out of stock for various reasons. I asked to be notified when the part would be available again and received a notification about four months after. Flash forward four days and I have what I need. Good stuff...even if it's automated.

Anytime a company such as this can say they have the tires in stock and they will ship in 2 weeks is telling the world we are making too damn much money and we don't need you. In essence they're ordering from stock in a remote Warehouse not on their floor. Why buy anything from these people? You can get it from Amazon cheaper and in 3 days. RevZilla you're a joke and you've just been called out.
The product and pricing are great but the shipping experience was strange. The product has been out of stock for a while. I got an email saying they were back in stock so I ordered it immediately. I then noticed on the website that it wouldn't ship for "1-2 weeks". I ordered within five minutes of getting the email so I really don't understand what happened. It took two weeks to arrive. Kentucky to Texas, not that far.

Good overall, always get things at a decent price, and fast shipping. Don't like the fact that it cost 10 to return an item but it is what it is.

While the boots themselves are awesome. Size up. I bought what Revzilla said were size 12 equivalent in European size 46 and my toe was touching. The 47 which is a size 13 equivalent fits fine. These boots are cut small. And because I had to ship one set back it cost me an extra $10
I just signed up for your RPM membership. I tried numerous times to call your concierge service. Never did get anybody to answer. Left a couple messages nobody ever called back.

So far the items I have ordered from RevZilla have been excellent quality. Items are always packaged securely. Most of my orders have arrived quickly. One time there was a delay but that can happen with any company. Overall, I am very happy with my purchases.
RevZilla have many videos available for their merchandise and with great descriptions and reviews. They are a trusted company.
I'm guilty of having taken advantage of your very generous return policy. But it is also due to it that every article of my gear is bought from RevZilla. Recently I return two pairs of boots, shipped separately, and incurred nearly $20 in shipping. I guess I'll just do what everyone does since your policy change and shop at my local stores from now on.

I ordered a helmet. After they emailed me and told me the helmet was in stock. I waited 2 weeks for the helmet. Never showed up. Customer service lied on multiple occasions the item was in stock. The never had the item. Customer service manger. Is a condescending joke of person. Disrespectful and acts like he is better then everyone, you know big truck under 5'5 type persona. He cut me off multiple times while in conversion to argue with me. I have never heard seen so much disrespect to a customer or another human being. And I'm a retired marine. I've seen my share of disrespect!
UI is amazing. Customer service is amazing. Shipping was sub par. Used to be able to get stuff in 3-4 days from you all. Had to wait over a week. I get logistics happen but don't sent emails stating it's shipped and in reality the label is printed while it sits in a warehouse in Vegas for 4 days.

Shopping was super easy and helmet arrived sooner than anticipated. They had a lot of information on the helmet I wanted. It's always tough to know what you're getting when your buy something online, but this worked out well. Helmet is a little bigger than what I'm used to, so I plan to change my pads out. However, medium helmets and pads are out of stock everywhere
