Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Overall, the experience was pretty great except for I was told it was gonna get delivered in the next few days and ended up taking a week which wasn't too bad but the product was packed very well and in-store. We got great help.
Surfing the web is one thing being able to go to the store was pretty cool. I chose this company because they had a local store in Costa Mesa to help.
I had shopped here but it has been a few years. On site shopping seems to have been limited due to supply shortages and I get that. Was worth the wait for the stuff to come in but some of the info did not seem to be captured with initial orders though the store staff were able to find the info for me.
Awesome product selection and prices. My only reason for giving 4 stars is fulfillment times. I understand the constraints of fulfillment, but my helmet took 5-6 business days just to ship, then it's another 4 days in the mail.

I purchased a set of tires for my bike, front shipped separately and it came in, back tire never shipped. The label was created but UPS never received the package. Customer service was no help at all and wouldn't even try to put forth the effort to reach out to the distributor and see why it didn't ship yet. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I ordered a Dainese wind shirt that was on sale at a huge discount. It arrived on time in perfect condition. I put it on and realized their size "2x" was basically a medium for me.(6'1-270lbs) I went back to the site and noticed "Some customers stated that advertised sizes tend to run small." Yep, there was all the information I needed. Oh well, I guess it'll keep me on my toes about my weight. It "fits," but if I have another long-sleeved shirt underneath it's like trying to put on a wet suit. Live and learn.
I ordered my correct size using the size guide and it was way to small. I ordered it size larger on Revzilla's recommendation but it was still too small. They made me pay for shipping even though they're at fault for having inaccurate information about sizing. I will not be doing business with them again.
Often I find myself looking elsewhere for my motorcycle parts and such. But, often end up back at Revzilla where I find what I need at as good or better price

Traded up to a seat, the old one left me in pain pretty quickly. The installation was quick and easy. I immediately took the bike out for a 200 mile ride and was quite pleased with the comfort level compared to the old seat. I am 5'8" tall and this seat leaves me within about a half an inch of being flat footed while seated.

My first purchase was full of high and low points when working with customer service. It seems that some representatives are great and other are clueless. Up until my last interaction, I would have rated them a 4 overall. Having a first impression with a new company where I have to call them to get them to refund on an item that I sent back, and they successful processed, is not acceptable. I really hope this gets to a manager and they can call me to discuss the situation, otherwise I do not plan to do business with them again.

Ad is misleading. This is for one pad only not a pair. The ZX6R has a dual rotor front brake set up. Be advised to add 2 to the cart at checkout to avoid re ordering and paying double shipping when my first order was free.
I got a Scorpion R1 air helmet on sale, and a Cardo pack talk edge, both seem great! A little cosmetic damage/poor assembly on the helmet, but nothing that should affect performance or looks significantly. Overall great!

Reliable and return system
While Revzilla has a wide variety of products, it is unfortunate that their policies lack their ability to give good customer service. While I get that you do not want to lose money on returns of used products...having a policy where customers can't return slightly used items is mind blowing to me. How will anyone know if something truly works for their bike.
I got hand grips recently that I thought would be softer, but were a hard plastic, but since I couldn't try them out without risking not being able to return them, just ended up returning them.
It was on a different purchase and I got the "oh well you tried them so we can't take them back sorry." Figured I would give it one more go, but like I said Dennis kirk has way better customer service.

I ordered a pair of Sedici Corsa vented boots. I opened my order last night after it had arrived to check the item before I packaged it for Christmas. The boots have previously been worn they are scratched marked the leather is peeled the toe part of the boot is bent there's cuts in the hard plastic. So I called RevZilla this morning to start the exchange process and I was told that I would need to prove the damage on my item before they would consider my exchange. I had to submit photos for them and wait for an answer. I have never done business with a company who makes their customers prove that there's damage to a product that they sent out. I will no longer do business with them ever again.

But the shipping company charged me an amount because they could not deliver by the hour, they should ask the reception hours when making the purchase so as not to go through these bad times
I ordered a new pair of gloves that came with a ripped seam. Customer service took good care of me, even giving me complimentary express shipping so I'd have my gloves on time for the ride I had scheduled the coming weekend.

I ordered an item from the site as a Christmas gift for a family member. It only took two days for the item to be delivered to me, which was great! I was worried that my order might not be right due to how quickly I received it, but everything was perfect. I'd be happy to order from RevZilla again.

Revzilla used to be like Disneyland for me. Everything was perfect(unless you looked closely) and everyone was happy. Then, like Disneyland, a monster, with lots of money, came and ruined everything, and corrupted everyone. What the hell happened to shipping? I get a message saying my order has shipped, then nothing happens for 3-5 days. I used to ALWAYS get my orders the next day. I am tired of this careless protocol. This company is going backwards. I am done with Revzilla.

You had a great deal on a good jacket
1st: Puig Windshield for Kawasaki Concours. It was scratched but I didn't want to wait for a replacement and didn't thing they would believe me anyway so I kept it. This is probably out of the norm for Revzilla. While it may reduce head buffeting, it increases pressure and buffeting against my chest. Cannot recommend this windshield.
2nd: Highway 21 7V Radiant Heated Gloves. Awesome gloves. Very warm, armored gloves. Very warm without turning on heat. Windproof but don't know if waterproof. No idea how long battery lasts but don't plan on riding 8 plus hours with them. Highly recommend.
