Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Forced me to open account to get shipping information. Then said I didn't have any active orders. Finally found the customer service number and called. They were responsive and informed me of the shipping delay.

Order # *******. USPS Tracking number LB*******US Was never delivered. I was told my overseas order would be delivered in 5 ot 6 days. 3 weeks later I was told the address was wrong. It is the right address and Zackary A. Told my to try and contact the delivery company/organization and address the issue myself. He said Unfortunately with international shipments once it exits the US we do not have the same abilities to make those types of requests.
Zack has my money and i was given no assurance it will actually be delivered or get my money returned.

Been buying and trying and returning jackets. They run on the small side. If you're a L, go with and XL so you have some room to move. The size chart says I should be a M or L (depending no which measurement you go by). 38 Bust. 30 Waist 34 Hips 22.5 Arms. I have an XL that's a bit too snug. Just ordered a 2XL with the intention to return one. These are great jackets. Beautiful. Soft leather. Well constructed. Don't be afraid to keep trying until you get the one that fits you perfectly. You're going to have it forever, make sure it fits you.

I was struggling to find riding pants that would fit. I normally wear a size 44-46 depending on brand and cut. I ended up ordering a 48 and could have gone with my normal size. I will hold onto these and use them over shorts in the summer for the ride to work. Haven't had a spill in these yet(hopefully won't ever). But they're very comfortable and have lots of stretch onto of being a relaxed fit. The only downside is the pockets for the knee armor end up on my shins but after adjusting where the pockets sit to a comfortable position on the bike they are in the right spot.
One of the only places I could find a pair that would fit.

The engine guard itself is sturdy and I would buy it again. The rubber foot pads slide down the bar if you place your feet on them. I do not recommend using them in fact I removed them completely and like the look a whole lot more.

I've bought three icon helmets how. The first two came with a clear face sheild instead of the pictured blue face shields. The sizes are much smaller than I'm used too so that was another reason why I had to return and re purchase

I really needed that mount on time, so I went ahead and choose express shipping which was supposed to be delivered 24 hours. I paid extra for this service. I got the package 3 business days later! Not happy about that

Everytime I need a product, ill go right to revzilla. They always have it, plus different options at a great price. I don't know how many last minute items I've gotten and they've shipped so fast, its unbelievable. I received the gloves I'd ordered in a timely manner. Alas, despite going by the size guide, and even ordering a size larger, they were too small. Customer service issued a return authorization and got an order entered for replacement during the same phone call. Also, I'd bought the gloves on sale, so they made sure I still got the sale price.

Selection, quality, service, and a good website.
The product came quickly, but there was no visibility of where the product was at. I had no idea it had shipped and neither did customer service when I contacted them about it. That same day it arrived in the mail and had shipped several days earlier. A few days after it had arrived I received an email with the shipping information. Supply chain visibility is important to customers and can disrupt planning without it. Please do better!
Lackluster! The online rep seemed to be helping several people at once and really didn’t know what was going on. He finally explained that distribution center that was processing my purchase was running behind on sending out shipment information. He then abruptly left, so I was unable to ask any further questions.

I wound up here because Revzilla asked me to rate a helmet I bought. The expected delivery date was December 21. It is now December 23 but, I can't review the helmet because it isn't here and it WON'T be here until February because they shipped it by USPS Ground Advantage which means it's coming by boat.
I would gladly pay for a shipping method that would actually get my helmet here but, they don't offer any shipping options.
Tip for consumers:
Ground shipping to Hawaii means barge shipping and it takes at least a month.

The revzilla team definitely helped me decide to by the products I was interested in through there comprehensive product review videos and customer reviews. However, the processing and shipping time is lacking when compared to Amazon. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. And it took 4 days for me to receive my product.
I was concerned about shipping and arriving on time. It still showed up late. I know processing time is a real thing. But 2 day shipping is 2 day shipping. If Amazon says it will have it there in two days, it’s there in two days. Not 4.
I keep coming back to revzilla because it is built out of a team of people interested in the same activities I am interested in. They know their products. They help make decisions with me on products I am interested in. They do this better than Amazon reviews can.
Let me first say that RevZilla support tried to help me as best as they could however I am still disappointed overall. Placed an order for 3 products on a Saturday and all were in stock and said they would ship next business day. Knowing that standard shipping is 1-5 days that would get me my products by the date I needed them. On Monday morning reached out to support to confirm about the shipping and was told the product would ship Tuesday and because the order was already sent to get picked that the shipping method could not be changed. The items did not ship until Wednesday which meant the products did not arrive until Monday. Unfortunately due to weather, my bike is now parked for winter so I can't really try the Cardo. Just unhappy that "Ships next business day" was inaccurate.
Giving the customer service 5 stars because they tried to help and offered me $20 Zilla cash for the inconvenience. I wish that I could have upgraded the shipping especially since the order was not actually shipped nor a label created, but that is not supports fault.

So I bought the helmet from here and overall it took about 10 days to get to me. That is extremely unacceptable during the era of Amazon 2 day shipping. I bought the same exact helmet from Chrome Burner, a store in the Netherlands. Not only was it cheaper, but it also got to my doorstep from the Netherlands in 3 days. I was expecting it to take at least a week. Revzilla shipping never took this long for me. For it to take 7 days for the warehouse to process an order is unacceptable. Revzilla will no longer be my store of choice when buying motorcycle items.
