Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Super easy installation. Looks great on the bike. Much better sound than stock but not abut not obnoxiously loud.
I had to return an item that was too small. Once my return was authorized I contacted RevZilla to see if my refund could be refunded as store credit. Never heard back. The next day I emailed a RevZilla again, never heard back. I did a live chat with a RevZilla representative ( Chris H) and he told me I cannot do store credit for some reason. So I emailed RevZilla again to see why, no response again. Do not ever shop from this place, customer service is horrible! I would rather sand paper my eyeballs and pour alcohol on them than to order another piece of merchandise from this place.

I got the full body suit. 180lb, 5'11", usually between medium and large, I got a large and it fits well/snug but like other have said it could be longer in the arms. The sleeves land a couple inches or so above my wrist. Wearing it with other layers on top sort of negates that. Haven't tested yet but based on wearing around the house it feels warm.
We finally received our order. Took a few weeks and not updates at all. Thought I got scammed and it shows up. I ordered gear from three different places this was the last one to show up even know it was the first order put in. Good products no communication.

Had been eyeing the Merlin Yoxall II jacket for months and finally pulled the trigger. I was very psyched to be getting the perfect combo of functionality, protection and style. Recieved it and a snap came off the first time I put it on. One call, an email and a trip to the UPS store, and a replacement jacket arrived quickly. Awesome, responsive service - and a great jacket that has let me keep riding this winter. Revzilla rocks.
Ordered wheel chocks. Work just fine. Want to unsubscribe to emails and notices but see no way to do it.
Looked sturdy
My experience was great. The geek I talked to was super helpful and y'all have a wonderful selection of helmets. The.5 I had to take off was because the Strada II Pinlock insert has been out of stock for a while and I need one. I've also seen plenty of comments saying the same thing over the last couple years, so hopefully you get more in soon, and then keep getting more so the stock level doesn't zero out quite so fast.
The internet basically says you're the best.
I have been buying gear from Revzilla for years; so far all of my experiences have been positive. On the occasions when I need to exchange or return, they make it very painless. When I call on the phone, I get a juman promptly. My only complaint is about availability - of course this is probably not their fault, but due to supply chain issues (?).

Quick and easy. The product was as described and I received the product within a couple of days.
I tired a seller from Amazon but a snap fell off the shirt as I pulled it out of the shipping bag. All products I have received from Revzilla are top quality. The measurements have been accurate. As a petite woman rider, I very much appreciate finding good quality safe riding gear that fits.

I measured correctly for gloves, shorts and jacket and they were all still too small. I have to return them all to get another size up. Knowing I stilling having to pay for return shipping on top of spending 400$ is a bummer. I will say you guys ship fast and I appreciate that.

No local shop in VT for motorcycle gear
Revzilla is always the site I check first for a product. I have been using them for years and have never once had an issues with a shipment, Not so much as a late delivery. Selection is great, prices are competitive, and shipping is super fast:
This is the third time I've gotten the wrong parts from RevZilla, even though they have my make model and year of my bike, each time I've made the parts work with minor adjustments but this time I broke a windshield, called them thinking they would either replace it or give me half off for sending me the wrong part for the third time, they offered me 20% off on a windshield twice the price as the one I ordered. Don't like returning parts, would not do business with this company again.
Easy and fast service
Returns appear easy so far but should be free shipping considering how much spent. I am ordering a size up so should not be charged again. I also lost the sale price so am paying another $40 on top.
Had the helmet color I wanted
The order had 2 items that go together. The website showed they were both available for shipping within 24-48 hrs. They were split into 2 shipments via 2 different carriers. 1st delivery arrived but the 2nd hit every vague delay possible with various ETA's & no ETA until it arrived 2 1/2 weeks later in a crushed box & delivered to the wrong address. I had to go find it down the street once I got the delivery notice.
I called to see if there was a shipping update available that I was not able to get or to find out if the item was lost and how to handle that if so.
I was told I had to keep waiting until 5 days after the last shipping scan on record. We were already 2 weeks in from order date so it wasn’t helpful. The rep was just following protocol and doing her job. She was informative of the process but I still had no resolve.
I have purchased many things from Revzilla and have been a satisfied customer in the past.

I ordered tank pads for my 2022 zx6r. Revzilla said it was available and ready to be delivered then told me they sold out of it, after I purchased the item. I did get a refund and a $5.00 store credit but I really did need this item. Hopefully they keep their inventory more updated

I'll always liked revzilla because of the detail information of most of their inventory, easy of use page and off course, the good prices. Ive bought helmets, tires, gloves, underarmor, sunglasses... pretty much anything you're looking for.
I saw their YouTube channel beforehand and then just started exploring their page.
I received the order in about 4 days but RevZilla continued to show "order received". About 3 days after the shipment was received (day 7 or so) I got an email from RevZilla that it had been shipped.
It came from Parts Unlimited I believe so seems like a computer download from that was missed between the companies. Product is what I wanted so no harm, just a little confusion.
