Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Why didn't code B5QP3 work? Over $500 order
Paid for overnight delivery and didn't get it in time. The 10% discount didn't apply to my items. Just another online shopping experience with poor communication and no one looking out for whether you get what you pay for.
Selection, shipping and discount
I called a week ago to ask a question about a helmet. The individual really didn't know anymore than I did about the product. He basically just read the specs to me which is what I had already done numerous times. I asked him a specific question and finally said he would reach out to his coworkers and get back with me. Needless to say, I still haven't heard a word.
Now I will say this in revzilla's defense. It normally isn't like this. I think i just happened to get an individual that was #1, unfamiliar with that product. And #2, didn't follow through with what he said he would do.
Normally good service and responsible prices
I found the selection of jackets and pants as comprehensive as anything I could find on the web and the video review as very useful for seeing all the features of the gear. Finding the right size when buying online is a challenge, but RevZilla's return policy makes this feasible.
Called for sizing advice. Although the rep couldn't give me measurements on the other size, she offered to send it to me and let me return the one that didn't fit.
I buy tires and anything else my r1 needs. This place has it all. Good prices and fast deliveries too! I recently ordered a metzler m9rr rear (4th or 5th set can't remember) that got to me within 2 days of me ordering.

Nice selection, fair price. I was pleased to find something I liked that was on a clearance price and received and additional LEO discount. I ordered it very late on a Friday night not expecting it to ship until Monday and was pleasantly surprised when it actually delivered on Monday. That jacket was precisely what I was expecting due to the fact I was able to view a video of the item on the website before ordering and fit was fairly close to expectations as well. Very happy with my experience with Revzilla so far.
The transition from shipping to shipped to tracked, with actual tracking information was slow. But the day before I received the product I had notification that it was coming earlier than I thought. This was hugely welcome as I had a trip planned and really needed the quad lock for it.
Price and availability
Everything was great and the tail bag came very quickly. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that I never received an email saying the item had been shipped. It showed up two days later and I am not mad about it and it wasn't damaged, just didn't know it had shipped at all.
I would and will in the future choose revzilla. I enjoy and like the information gathered by the team with the user friendly videos. I can trust them more than anyone on YouTube.

I live in Texas so heated gear is pretty low on my list. However, I am planning a ride to Newfoundland and I know the northern end can stay pretty chilly. The sale on this item allowed me to pick one up. The video also allowed me to get the correct size.

I have a revzilla about an hour and a half from me. They had a helmet in stock I was able to exchange for because I ordered a helmet that was a touch too small. The store in Costa Mesa made it painless. I'll definitely be back

The product I purchased was packaged well but was roughed up like it had been used or stored improperly. I reported the damage and they eventually followed up with multiple options to resolve the issue.
Zero response after I reported the problem and supplied a picture of the damage.

I paid for expedited shipping and I don't think thats what got.
I'm also fairly certain that the product I received was a return from a prior sale due to some marking and the fact that it was already assembled. The box was also missing the instruction card, the guarantee card and there was no sticker included. Which doesn't sound like that big of a deal but when you pay $750 for a helmet it should be in perfect condition and have everything included in the box. I have been in touch with the manufacturer to find out exactly what should be included in the box and I'm waiting for their reply. I was expecting to find an owners manual or some kind of information regarding the product included within.
Reputation and positive prior experience.
Perfect fit and super easy to install. I'm 6' and have it set in a mid range on my VSTROM and it has reduced wind chatter significantly. Much better than OEM and well worth the purchase. Highly recommended.
A portion of my order was shipped using UPS Mail Innovations. That resulted in a four-day delay in receiving my item. This is the second time that has happened to me. UPS Mail Innovations does not update tracking info and takes considerably longer than standard UPS delivery. Disappointing. I'm a loyal RevZilla customer, but wish they would stick with standard UPS shipping!

I love RevZilla! But this shipment took longer than any order I've made with RevZilla because it was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. I've always enjoyed 2-3 day shipping if from the Las Vegas warehouse (via normal UPS), or 3-5 days if from the East coast. This order took almost two weeks, and sat for over 5 days in Arizona without movement.
I forgive you, and will continue to be a loyal customer. But please stick to normal UPS shipments...they are SO much faster!
Didn't get an answer from my email for three days, and even then was given no explanation for the delay in shipping. but it finally came.
In the past I've always received excellent customer service from RevZilla.
I find it rude that you ask me to confirm that I received an order and then insist that I write something before I can send the confirmation. In future I will simply delete your requests for confirmation. Thank you for causing a pleasant transaction to leave a bad taste.
Easy to find the correct parts for whatever bike you're looking for, the prices are always at least reasonable if not the best around, and the shipping (and especially handling - the only part they are actually capable of affecting) is quick.
I am a new rider and was anxious to surround myself in an in-store situation. I used the sizing guide for helmets that was provided and ordered my helmet from off the site. They gave me an expected arrival and it was right on time. I had my doubts that the sizing guide was accurate however I put the helmet on and it was a perfect fit! Low stress, high reward interaction with RevZilla!

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. The Denali brackets fit perfectly on my ST1300. You can fit almost any fog light or driving light kit on this bracket. I'm very happy with the brackets and how sturdy they are, I highly recommend them.

My shipping status never even showed that the item had shipped at all until well after the item was delivered. Make no mistake -- I don't mean that the tracking on the courier's side didn't update. The courier's tracking worked fine. But I only could track it because I have an existing account with the courier and was notified that the package was on its way. But on the Revzilla website, there was no indication that the item had shipped.
They had the item I needed.
Hard to find the boots on the website, even with filters. Found them on Forma website, then ordered them through Revzilla. Love the boots. Wish I'd found these before I learned how to handle a heavy bike. Would gave saved my shin and ankle!
