As always Alpinestars delivers a top of the line chest/back protector. I have no complaints about this protector, it has all around CE level 2 plus rib protection which is a huge plus. The fit is amazing I forget it's even on, definitely one of the lightest level 2 protectors I've worn. Honestly if you're on the fence about getting this just do it I promise you won't be disappointed.

I very much appreciate the product videos. They help a great deal making a selection when buying online. If I have a complaint it would be with using UPS. Good thing I bought something that would be difficult to damage, the box was very damaged didn't have to open the box, the jacket just fell out

I've ordered tons of stuff from Revzilla for my 2023 Hayabusa. The product videos are great to watch if you're on the fence about a certain product or want to see it better via video.
My only gripe is that there isn't any military discounts that are offered. I've ordered from their competition a few times for that reason to save some money.

They used to be my go to site for motorcycle parts and gear, but not anymore. They recommended an oil filter for my ride, then told me it won't fit my ride. Went to a 3rd party site to confirm. Nothing about it not being in stock until I ordered and paid for it, then they don't have it to ship. After 10 days, I bought one locally and changed my oil today. Still waiting on the one from RevZilla. Maybe it will get here before it's time to change my oil again. Ordered 90-degree valve stems that I need before I can mount my new tires, which shipped FREE from Dennis Kirk the same day and got here in 3 days. RevZilla charged me $7.99 in postage and then shipped them via smart post, which is probably the slowest method of shipping on the planet. Can't change the tires until the valve stems get here. 10 days after ordering, I'm still waiting. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

My shipment came 4 days later. What's worse, I received notification on shipment when it was handled DAYS later!

Got all I ordered. Could not get an OEM air filter. Hey had a K&N. It was nearly 3 time the cost, but I have had K&N on other machines, incl. The Powerstroke I have now, so I went with that. These are parts to do a major service: eng. Oil, final drive oil, coolant, plugs, timing belts. Some of these I got elsewhere, like the belts, but I should be good to go, when I actually get to it!

I read reviews about these gloves being bulky and stiff. Here is my impression after my first ride in them lasting about 20 minutes. It was also wet and about 40F.
First grab of the bars with them on felt bulky and stiff and I was afraid I'd made a mistake purchasing them. By the first stop light, the bulk wasn't acceptable. (If you want warm non-heated gloves expect some bulk.) If I was going to spend serious time on the bike with these, I'd adjust my front brake lever outward.
The stiffness of the glove started to noticeable fade as I pulled back into my driveway. A bit more break-in time and I'm sure they will be great.

Whole experience was average at best. The website is amazing for finding a little bit of everything and trusted. The prices are average or below average value and the shipping was quite terrible and slow compared to other large online retailers.

I would like to thank Revzilla for providing great customer service! Had an issue with the delivery address being entered wrong on my behalf.I called the customer service number and the call was answered by a customer service representative and I was provided with courteous and prompt service. The correction was made and it took no time at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

I noticed different reviewers that stated the parts I ordered fit their bike, and some others who said it didn't fit their bike. So I'm hoping it'll fit mine. I also found it weird that they shipped the mirrors separately, but I did receive everything in time.

I've purchased a few things through RevZilla and have great luck and/or great customer service when I wasn't satisfied with the product. The product reviews have helped me research parts for my bike as well as other accessories conducive for motorcycle riding. I would definitely purchase from RevZilla again.

Helpful, understanding, knowledgable

I ordered the Givi tank lock bag as my second choice for a tank lock bag. I am pleased with the bag. The parts work well together and it was easy to mount the tank lock on my bike. My handlebars will likely hit the bag on an extreme turn, but I have pull back risers to bring the bars in closer to me. I may play with the adjustment at some point, but I doubt this will be a problem with regular riding.

I was looking for thinner Shoei Neotec cheek pads and I could only find them on RevZilla. I had purchased the standard pads from another site, but they were giving me headaches. Thank you, RevZilla!

I ordered a product that I decided I wanted based on research, including RevZilla review videos, and feel pleased with it now that I have received it. The box that my jacket came in was extremely crumpled and had holes ripped in it in a bunch of places way past the point of normal shipping wear and tear. It looked like raccoons had tried (successfully) to eat their way into my box. Luckily, my jacket and its packaging inside were unscathed.

All around good, only big issue the chain was not an exact fit. I had to cut 4 links off to make it fit and use my old master link because by time I realized it was to long I already installed the rivet style link.

Bought an anti-fog pinlock insert for my helmet. Price was good, shipping was quick and the product was the correct one. What more can you ask? I often find things on Revzilla that I can't find on other websites.

I ordered a 2 gal Giant Loop Armadillo bag through Revzilla. Revzilla emailed that I would receive an email indicating when it would be shipped. This email came AFTER the package arrived on my doorstep. Fortunately my neighbor saw the package and let me know before some porch thief found it before I did. Arriving on a Sunday also was unexpected.

I'm just hoping Revzilla and Giant Loop (it was shipped direct from GL) can coordinate better to keep customers better informed.

I have shopped a few times with Revzilla. This time just like the others the order process was easy, the items were in stock and promptly shipped. I needed to make a return on one of my orders and Revzilla made making a return easy also.

The slipons came and were VERY easy to install on my 2019 Fat Boy 114. The sound is entirely subjective and they are definitely louder than stock. As a musician, I can tell you that there is more "mid-range" and a bit more lower end. As far as performance, too many people tell you they get more power but im sure its negligible. Also, they are thinner and shorter than stock.

I have always had great shopping experience with RevZilla. This review should reflect that. What is review is not about is tires that I purchased. I have purchased several times from RevZilla. I have never had a problem with with ordering or receiving products. I'm currently also shopping a new jacket and helmet. I've never purchased clothing from RevZilla before, hopefully that will be just as good of an experience.

They always got what I want and/or need and then some. They aint never let me down. Cant currently shop here like I did in the past but that will change and I will spending more than I should once again.
