Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Bought 600 bucks in gear and paid the extra for 2 day shipping so I could ride for the weekend. Found out that it would not be here in 2 fays and reached out to customer service. They told me they could give me store credit for the shipping. Seemed almost an insult to injury.

Ordered a Rev'it Offtrack jacket and did not receive the rain and insulating layers that come with the jacket. It's been a drawn out process, and frustrating. Your customer service person does not seem familiar with the product and we can't seem to get resolution.

I hadn't used Revzilla for couple of years but purchased from them again because my previous experience with them was excellent. I am pleased to say that it still is great. Only a few places carried this Montana 700i GPS mount, and RevZilla had the lowest price. It also arrived ahead of schedule.
I found the perfect pair of boots open box, size 45. I got them and was excited until I tried them on and found them to be too big. So I returned them, and found another excellent pair in size 44. They're too small. Do I want to deal with the frustration and expense of returning them, or is it possible they'll break in? I'm not sure yet...
Everything I've bought from RevZilla besides shoes has been easy and straightforward. I am about fully immersed in all things RevZilla - reading the Common Tread newsletter, listening to the High Side / Low Side podcast, etc.

It's a very nice looking exhaust, much lighter than the factory exhaust. The screen install was very fast and easy. It has a great exhaust note! It's way more of a thumper than the factory exhaust... Very pleased so far...

I received the wrong windscreen. RevZilla issued me a full refund and a $25 store credit for my trouble. They made it right but the fact that I received the wrong item in the first place wasted some of my time.

I bought these Puig peg adapters for my new MT-09 SP. I knew I was buying a product which somebody else had returned or which was at least, not brand new. It arrived after about 5 days and the parts look brand new.

I chose RevZilla because I've been using them for years and have had no big issues.
I bought items from them twice both times parts were missing.the first time they gave me 15.00 store credit the second time they just refunded the 15.00 store credit to me and left me with merchandise with missing part so I have to go buy the part myself. Stay away from them your better off paying more from a store instead of buying from them at least you will get all of the parts.and you won't have to install it more than once. If you have a problem with an item they think 15.00 will fix it. It was an 85.00 drink holder the last time.so I'm stuck buying the missing part. Stay away from them they are bad to deal with and sell junk.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It looks like your order was placed on the 3/17, and the item had a 1-2 week business day lead time prior to shipping. It was with the carrier and on its way to you on the 3/26, which is the 6th business day after your order got processed.
Navigating the site, trying to find the correct tires needed was bit of a pain. The tracking was off for one tire. Recieved message it was damaged and being returned to sender, yet, still recieved that tire that same day. But otherwise recieved both tires and tubes in a prompt time.
Putting them on bike tomorrow. Will message if any issues.
