Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Revzilla makes ordering bike accessories quick and easy and the shipping times are so quick.
My go to motorcycle shopping site.
Easy website to use and a lot to choose from. Looking forward to receiving the products.
Need some new riding gear.
I had a need. They had the item. I ordered it and it was delivered. All in a timely manner and only got one email to explain the process. Not 3 telling g me to show it off to them or same questions over and over. Trust me if I has an issue I would of said something to them.
I ordered a set of heated grips by oxford and they arrived quickly. The box they arrived in was intact. However, the actual merchandise box was heavily damaged. It appears the insides are intact but I am a bit nervous if they'll work or not.
Fast shipping and wide variety of merchandise.
Great product, great price, delivery guy just threw the box on the porck like it was a baseball but the battery luckily was fine
I trust the fitment search
Middle of the road for price and performance. High review scores
Redundant navigating and most of what I need is never in stock
I trust the fitment search
I have been using Revzilla for 15 years, never an issue with products or returns if products were to large.
Very easy and great product details to make a good choice.
Previous history and excellent options.
Easy Selection and have material from other buyers to help on the issues.
Great option for cold weather riding here in New England
Great selection and shipping benefits
Revzilla is great. The over-the-top sales language from Sturgeon can get a little tiresome (Anthony can't be duplicated; there can only be one). Recommend trimming back on the adjectives; You'll still have a useful product review without turning off the seasoned riders in the audience. The e-mail notices sometimes suggest weird things. I'm a sportbike / track nerd. I've never even sat on a cruiser or even dared to enter a HD store. Fat old men in a$$less chaps scare me. But Revzilla periodically tries to sell me handlebar tassles and chrome thingies. I know I have to get old but Lemmy's fashion and fitness program are not in my outlook. Anyways, the a) inventory, b) site navigation, c) ease of check out, d) shipping velocity, e) rewards program and f) return process set a high bar in the industry. Keep up the great work (but don't become obsessed with growth like Starbucks did and lose your way).
It’s been so long I can’t remember. It probably had something to do with tuning into new product reviews to see if Anthony was going to spontaneously combust on screen like a Marvel or DC superhero and I just started buying stuff because I was already there.
Online Ordering from Revzilla is very smooth. Products are easy to find. Many products have both customer and Revzilla reviews which really helps decision making. Checkout is easy and shipping is fast.
Good all around!

Used to love them and buy all my gear but they have really gone down hill. You now have to pay an annual fee for free returns/exchanges, yet say hassle free returns. Couldn't get ahold of customer service after my last order required a return due to the size chart provided being incorrect. Ended up ordering from a UK retailer that was cheaper and shipped faster even though I'm in the US. Buy elsewhere, they aren't worth doing business with any longer
Tip for consumers:
Returns are not free, or hassle free any longer. You will have to pay to return anything even if the sizing on the website is wrong.

I have no complaints besides the cost of shipping and return shipping if you dont want to buy the membership. You could reach a wider audience if shipping and returns were more affordable and if they could be combines on returns instead of 7.99 each item even when they can be put in the same box.
Revzilla bucks
Got my order in the end, eventually. Customer service was friendly, but when told they're overnight shipping the package to make up for the delay of it not shipping out for a week, and it still takes another week to receive, not crazy happy about that. Answer I got as to why the delay: the computer system couldn't decipher when I put physical street address and PO Box for sake of not knowing what carrier they would use to ship it. Make of it what you will. Will continue business, but not crazy happy with this experience.
Very friendly. But, took 4 individual contacts over a few days to get results.
Prices, friendly service
Well organized site when shopping. It made finding what I was looking for easy. Shipping was super-fast, it came 3 days faster than estimated! And the helmet I ordered Ian fantastic and exactly what I was looking for.
Well organized site - we've been trying to find this same stuff on Amazon, and it gets tiresome.
The online store is massive, but with mostly sub standard brands and items for sale. The prices are expensive compared to EU sellers like ChromeBurner, FC-Moto, Urban Rider, etc for the same thing. Even including shipping and customs the overall price difference is quite significant. They offer free shipping over a certain amount, but the shipping provider that they use is slow and more than likely to loose the packages, adding to final delivery times. I have had packages delivered from EU, with free shipping, and needing a customs clearance faster than ordering something from Revzilla. The customer support is generally helpful, but it's a hit or a miss depending upon your issue. The parent company for Revzilla has acquired CycleGear, and J&P Cycles as well leaving little to no price or product range competition.
Tip for consumers:
Checkout EU sellers first, you might get better pricing for the same products especially clothing and gear.

I got a gift certificate in the mail. It was plastic, and shiny, and attached to cardboard, and just marvelous! Can't wait to glue it to my helmet.
B/c awesome-sauce! Duuuuh.
Because I love lamp
I had a tire in my cart and had decided to wait until spring to purchase. Revzilla emailed me a coupon and made it worth my while to purchase now! Very appreciative of Revzilla and the rest of the companies under their umbrella.
Made me an offer I couldn't refuse
1 - Box came damaged. It looked like it had been re-taped multiple times. I've bought Arapovic exhaust headers from Revzilla before, box looked good and no fitment issues. This had to be a prior return item.
2 - Three of the four header flanges did not fit. After realizing the fitment issue, I put my bike back together and sent everything to Revilla for a refund (lost 13 hours of my time).
To be determined. I sent everything back. we shall see how the refund goes.
This was my first bad experience.
Loyalty earned.
I bought 3 gloves from them. 1 pair had a manufacturing issue and was defective and I was fully refunded. 1 pair was the wrong size; and I was granted a return and refund. The last pair worked and I kept it.
Lucky my daughter wanted the same brand jacket I wear, so I knew what I was looking for, I checked some other brands as well and found that the info on what back protector needed to be purchased was confusing in some of them.
Unfair that you can buy a nice Rev-It Air 3 for men with the seasoft back protector for free and this offer isn't available for any women jacket... not very gender friendly guys... I'm aware than that's maybe not a Revzilla thing but the maker, even I checked the maker's page and the free back protector promo for man wasn't there.
Other than that, as always, no issues buying at Revzilla, fast delivery, in fact, it arrived earlier than expected.
I purchase my riding things here
Your site asked for email for 10% discount and then went to a pop up screen that said email and text to receive 10% off. After doing that your site does not allow me to use coupon code. I am still ordering parts but I'm not happy.
Easy as always. Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
I have been a customer for a long time
I have not had a chance to install my tire yet, however I have bought everything from Cams, fluids, tires, and just about everything but a frame, Revzilla always has the best customer service and faster shipping than amazon when you have riderplus membership. I buy only from them when I can now
Best customer service and fastest delivery times
Purchased new vance and hines exhaust. Nice pipes. Did not get any stickers or patches from any companys sadly. It'd be nice to get some swag to wear while I'm riding! I wear 2xl and Marino socks sound kinda comfy cozy...js

Simple to use site, found the brake pads and tires I needed for my bike in minutes.
You have the parts I need and they get sent to my door instead of having to go to a dealer and order parts just to go back to pick them up. The RockAuto of bike part sites.
Easy to navigate and videos really help in deciding purchase
