Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Part was a exact fit and fast shipping will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a C4 helmet In my usual small size. Unfortunately it was way too short front to back with my chin actually hitting the chin bar. I was forced to return it for refund as no size mediums are available. I was promptly refunded with no questions asked.

Ordered pants that were supposedly in stock, with 1-2 week ship time? Not sure why any company would take so long to ship in stock item. Called at two weeks when item still hadn't shipped, told by customer service they still had time to ship( not sure what calendar they use) called again after 3 weeks still not shipped. They said they will look into it. Received email order was cancel by them because they no longer have the item. Take your business else where, I had to call twice before they even looked into it, long after the item was purchased. Still haven't received refund yet. Probably have to call my card company and report fraud.

I ordered a jacket and a helmet. I followed the instructions on the jacket and it still ended up being to small. I had to pay to ship it back but it was an easy processed return. So would definitely size up x2 as the sizes are not true to size. My helmet is perfect no complaints there.

Gotta a better deal than buying directly from an associated vendor of the brand. Everything was pretty simple to install. Just ensure you have the tools to switch everything out. Just plug and go pretty simple.
Revzilla provided terrific customer service when an order arrived damaged. They refunded the shipping fee immediately and the total cost of the order shortly after I provided them pictures of the damaged item.
Ordering a replacement item for a shipment that arrived damaged. Frustrated that I'll have to pay extra to both return the damaged item and then more for expedited shipping of the replacement.

I ordered a nee Akraprovic Exhaust system for my yamaha r3, and it only came with the exhaust, I didn't any bolts, springs, washers, nothing to actually put my exhaust on my bike. But the customer service helped me find the pieces I was missing so it's annoying but fine.
They were slow to make the first response, but after that they were on top of it, responding almost before I closed my email. But no customer service is perfect, too much going on, I understand, no harm, no foul. They only helped me “enough” to solve my problem, I also didn’t push them to solve it for me, so it’s ok. Definitely far from the worst customer service. It’s ok

The only reason it didn't get a five star is because the site chart is a little confusing to me to read. I went off of my waist size and seeing that I work out my legs were bigger so I had to go up two sizes, based on my thigh size versus my waist and inseam

It was within my budget, and seemed like a quality product. They definitely met my expectations.
There aren't many options for a short, curvy woman looking for jeans or leggings. Most of the customer comments say how fit isn't always accurate. (Even the manufacturers say it!) Some sizing charts are too small to read even on my 24" monitor. I hope the ones I ordered will fit.
Follow up; 'jeans' arrived in 2 days! Amazing! Sadly, they were so tight I couldn't pull them on; no zipper to help make that easier and when I tried to sit, they would cut my gut in half. Not a good way to ride a bike. The outer fabric was really thick polyester with a thick lining. I think they would be far too hot to wear in the warmer months which is when we typically bike and it gets close to 100F. I had to send them back.
