Needed a pin-lock shield for my helmet and I got online with the customer service expert and they found the product for my helmet. Ordered the part and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Works great!

Got the jacket at a great price. The fitment was what I was hoping for. I'm currently at 218 and dropping. The 1xl is very snug which is what I was looking for as I continue my weight loss. The features of the jacket seem to be very nice, but I've not yet had a chance to wearing riding.

Easy to use website and fast delivery. My local shop did not have in stock and didn't know when they were going to be getting items in RevZilla had everything in stock and fast delivery. Everything was a perfect fit would recommend to everyone!

I was looking for a phone mount for my motorcycle and the website said it would fit my bike but when I got the part in, I realized I needed a different mount from the one I put hased

I used to shop the Motorcycle Superstore but they were sold. That's when I shopped Revzilla. They have all the gear I need. It makes it even nicer when I can shop in person at their sister store, Cycle Gear. Revzilla does you right.

Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast. My order was gloves and 5 qts of oil. The oil was put in a plastic bag and placed in a box much bigger then the contents with no extra protection. The oil got banged around and one of them leaked. Thankfully I only needed 4.5 qts. The gloves shipped separate. Had they been in the same box, I would have been highly upset. I would have preferred slower lead times for shipping so someone would take the time to package the products properly.

Couldn't find the correct battery with the correct lugs at any of my local stores. As i always prefer to shop local. Battery stated instantly with no issues. Revzilla has taken care of me for years. Always great services and results. And i love their reviews. Especially Lenny. That's my boy.

The experience was great, there was only a mistake in the order description, it said that a Jersey was sent in another order however it was another item, I contacted support using the chat, the girl clarified everything real quick

Revzilla site is easy to navigate. I knew which boots I wanted, so that was easy. I was shopping for motorcycle socks. All that I have are at least 10 years old. I was looking for ladies socks that come in sizes. I found 3 pairs, pretty easily. With the detailed descriptions, it was fairly easy to make my choices. I have received everything. It all fits and I like everything.

Two of my items were not being delivered when they were supposed to be. In fact, tracking them gave me no information at all. So I sent an email to CS and got a fairly quick response. AND, my items were delivered that day.

Faizel helped me pick out my Quad Lock needs. When I came back Ron helped order what I needed that wasn't in the store and then he and another person helped purchase product with a Gift Card. Item is working out well

I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of pants. Both items arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the pants did not fit and had to be returned. The return and receipt of the credit was done so quickly... I was shocked. RevZilla is a terrific company, and I do not know how they could improve.

I ordered the New Halo Drystar jacket and never got any shipping information. I reached out to customer service and didn't hear back for about 3 days. Lucky customer service got back to me. Some things are out of our control, but a great response can change the out come. Thank you for caring about the customers concerns.

They contacted me, made me aware of a technical issue, gave me a credit and got my gear to me.

Had what I wanted, fair price, fast shipping.

I ordered a headset as a birthday present. I ordered it on a Friday night & we received it Tuesday Morning (Monday was labor day). Shipping was fast, arrived in perfect condition, and he loves it! Would recommend buying from here.

I was asking about shipping info, nobody told me about shipping and tracking, My order arrived in time, but it was delivered in a hotel, so that is the reason and importance of knowing shipping info. Customer service online don´t help me anythinhg.

I ask about shipping and help to expedite, the answer was ships on the afternoon, and I cannot ask to expedite or tu asure shipping.

I ordered two pair of gloves so I could use the Revzilla dollars. I bought one pair and returned them for another pair. I paid the extra shipping costs for both the return and the rebuy. Unfortunately, I can only recommend that you don't buy gloves without seeing them and trying them on first. Too many variables regarding features and fit. I gave up.

When the item arrived it was not what my husband expected. I inquired about returning the item.
Their response was quick. I was given the instructions on how to return the item. I returned the item and then I received my refund.

Their response to me was immediate.
I returned the item and was refunded everything minus the delivery charge quickly.

I ordered a set of tires. The rear tire arrived very quickly, within a couple of days of ordering, and the UPS tracking was spot on. The front tire arrived a few days later, and the UPS tracking was poor, giving me very little info on when to expect the delivery.

I contacted RevZilla when I couldn't get any info from UPS on the delivery of my front tire. The RevZilla customer service agent correctly informed me that UPS sometimes "misses" scanning items and I should wait a few more days. Sure enough, the front tire was delivered by UPS without much advanced notice.

Only rode with the grips once. Really like them compared to stock. Flannel jacket is exactly what I was looking for even though it's a bit pricey

Not happy. I placed an order for multiple items with expedited shipping. One of the items was out of stock so they email me. No big deal but only half of my order was shipped. I followed up with an email inquiring about the balance of my order as it was time sensitive for an event I had. The balance of my order shipped ups ground, not expedited and I never received a response to my email. The lack of response was really telling.

I received the correct tire I ordered however the windshield was incorrect even after speaking to a representative before I ordered it...but it was received back by your company which was a good thing but it didn't help me with replacing my windshield...
