Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.

I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

This is a great helmet and fits better than the Bell helmet I had. I got this helmet for a commuter e-bike. I would like to see RevZilla make accessories for this helmet to allow for bike lights to be attached to it, GoPro, etc.

I ordered all the HOTWIRED heated gear and it works amazing. Very simple to use and very slick so your clothes will slide right over my order came within the time expected. I will definitely be shopping again with Revzilla.

I was trying to find me adapter to go to my bike to the heated gear, and even though the guy tried, we never found what I needed. I had to end up finding it on my own. I just feel like he was not educated enough to know what I was looking for or didn’t take the time to look it up. But he was super nice.

I did a 1800 Mile trip with this dual sport/adventure helmet in. It was by far the most comfortable iev tried out of all the adventure helmets. It's quite, buffering is minimal, and it fit my goggles nice and snug, I run leatt velocity 6.5. The venting was the only limitation with this helmet, but it's also a plus because it keeps the noise down on the road. I did about 400 mile of desert and the rest was road in about 85 degrees.

It was not as good as i expected. I had an issue with this same order few months ago due to shipped time it was not the expected and the product does not arrived at time. This time i placed the order with more time but the product arrived over time frame and at last minute. I almost lost the product again.
You need to improve delivery time and service

Had to buy a pair of riding gloves because some dirtbag decided to steal mine off my dashboard. I like those particular gloves so much, I bpight the same gloves again, from Revzilla, again. I've been buying motorcycle gear from Revzilla for over 15 years, and never had a problem with the products, their quality, nor shipping. I look at Revzilla as the Never had a problem with Revzilla, as "Amazon for motorcycle gear". It's pretty much been a one-stop-shop for everything I ever needed, from helmets, to boots, jackets, gloves, rain gear, etc. And any time there was a hiccup with an order, they were right on it...

I ordered a helmet that showed in stock and it took 5 days to get shipped. Apparently it wasn't in stock when shown in stock. Bought a new bike and couldn't ride it because my helmet didn't show up in time. Now I gotta wait til I get back home next time to ride it because it took a week to get a helmet I could have went to a motorsports shop local and paid more to have same day. Website needs updated so people don't get screwed like I did. Pretty much made me not wanna buy from here again.

I purchased a premium Schuberth helmet. When I received it, the outside shipping box was alright, but the helmet box was not closed and actually ripped. The helmet appeared alright at first, but then I found a very loose air vent control that made noise in the wind. Revzilla resolved the issue by sending me a NEW helmet in perfect condition (And the box it came in was new and unopened), but I should never have been sent the original "Used/defective" helmet in the first place.

When I called to complain about the issue, at first I was told I would need to contact Schuberth. I objected to this and explained the helmet was defective out of the open and ripped box. The agent then agreed to send me a NEW helmet once they received the defective helmet.

Tip for consumers:
Revzilla’s shipping department needs better quality control - at least close the product boxes before items are shipped.
