Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I spent almost a thousand dollars and paid for it to be overnighted. Now even though my shipping fees was returned I paid that for a reason. I needed my stuff now! And you sent it ups ground... I'm not happy at all!

Searching and browsing are easy. Checkout is fast. The FP4 arrived in perfect condition. After plugging in to the bike's data port ensure you have the key set to the ignition position not accessory. Press the off-run switch to the run position. The FP4 may need to download a firmware update. I could not do much with the FP4 until the firmware updated and installed. After the update the FP4 worked perfectly. No complaints - great purchase.

Boxed the helmet came in was busted up and when I opened it the helmet had generic decals on it that someone had clearly forgot to take off. I ordered a gloss black helmet which shouldnt have had terrible blue racing stripes on it. Clearly someone else had it first as well as it had some minor scratches on it as well.
My experience was…. “Ship it back and we will send you another one”. Like seriously?! I shouldve never got a used one at all. Especially when i paid for a helmet that was supposed to be brand new.
I thought they had good quality control. I was clearly wrong.

The products come as advertised. But the shipping in my experience is horrible. Says it will get here one day than they always delay it 2-3 days.
All was well as I found the tire I was looking for but the misleading part was the $30.00 rebate that was supposed to happen at checkout. Instead of an immediate rebate it took me to the Pirelli website to fill out a form and I am still waiting for the $30. Dollar rebate. Albeit, the tire came delivered sooner than expected - good job RevZ - but the rebate thing could have been done much much better. Did I get a rebate? Who knows. Did I get a killer deal on the price of the tire - not really...even with the $30. And how exactly will I be able to spend this $30 Pirelli rebate when I get it (*if I get it). Directly through their website and not RevZ./? Not sure they explained the whole thing as good as they could have. If they would have I probably wouldn't have purchased for the ease and cost of other places. Oh well, live 'n learn.
