Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
They had what I needed. And everything went well from ordering to delivery.

Availability of helmets!
I recently purchased a pair of Tech 7 boots pictured white and yellow online and when they arrived they were blue and Orange. I ended up returning them and when I went to reorder they were out of stock. I've since purchased these boots on a different site.
I also ordered a gas tank that a although said it was orange in the description, was pictured as red (the color I wanted). When I opened the box it was not even close to the picture and was KTM orange.
Buyers just be aware that the pictures are not going to accurately represent the product you are ordering.

I'm very happy with the quality of the product. I'm disappointed in the customer service and lack of transparency on shipping. I ordered my product a week ago. I was told that I qualified for 2 day shipping due to my membership. The product arrived 1 week after I ordered it, which would have been fine…if that was the expectation. I reached out to customer service and was told " FedEx missed a scan" and the product was enroute. False. The scan showed that a shipping label was created not that the product was shipped. This isn't the first time I've be lied to by the customer service team. I like the company but am frustrated with customer service.
Quality and easy shopping experience
The qualty of the bag looks okay. However, I haven't been able to find out for sure. The cost of the bag should include some method to attach it in order to the bike in order to make it useful. This product fails to do so without buying costly attachments.
So far so good. I would recommend RevZilla to my friends.

The helmet fit to size is pretty comfortable and I haven't had any trouble with the shield fogging up yet.

Ordering was easy, it shipped out in decent time. It seems that UPS misplace my package for a couple of days. Frustrating because I was scheduled to get the boots on Saturday and I could try them out on Sunday. UPS just had some BS answers to what happened but I did get them on Tuesday. It going to be a three day weekend so I will get a chance to try them out.

I placed an order at about 7pm that included 4 items. I actually received two of the items by noon the following day. The other two came within a week of placing the order. That was faster than Amazon Prime!

I ordered this pinlock insert to test on my Strada ii since there was no indication if the proper fitting item will ever be in stock. I've waited over a month at this point and it's disappointing that there is no indication of if there will ever be a replenishment of the Strada ii pinlock. It seriously devalues the Sedici brand if one of the main selling points cant be used.
Zac, Ari and Spurgeon mostly.
Plus I hate Amazon.
Quick/easy; arrived on time and in good shape; good experience.
There's legit nothing bad I could say, I bought the wrong helmet and within a day I was able to ship it back out, now just waiting on the slow carrier to get it there for a refund, which I'm sure won't take more than the 24 hours they quoted me.
I'm sure their team isn't very big, and my problem was just a carrier number that was given incorrectly, but they were still able to get me assistance within 5 business days. They are wonderful people always ready to help you with any of your sizing or gear question needs.
They had the largest selection of true manufacturer stuff. I was scrolling through places like Amazon and Harley but their selection was small or shipped from sketchy people.
Was easy to order amd fast delivery, but I ordered Chrome finish riser bushings and I received black finish. I used them anyway because I just wanted to get back on the Harley and not waist more time by waiting to correct the problem.
