Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Easy to use interface, and I got a great deal on these. Looking forward to trying them.
Email offer
So I chose the picture of the color Klim jacket I wanted and that's the color jacket that showed up in the picture in the confirmation email as well as the shipping email. However the jacket that showed up was different. The picture on both emails was the Hi Vis, as I looked closer at the print under the pics it read stealth black. So I got the stealth black jacket. Going forward don't rely on the picture but read the print under the picture. IMHO the picture should match the color chosen in the confirmation email. It is a $500 jacket, every measure should be taken to ensure the customer gets what they want.
Quick delivery, lots of stuff
I purchased this jacket for the upcoming cold seasons here in Maryland. My biggest concern was the fit. I wear a Klim airbag and wanted to make sure that it could fit underneath the jacket without being uncomfortable. I'm 5.9", 150lbs and went with a size small. The jacket is a perfect fit even with the airbag underneath. I will mention that the arms are a bit snug with the thermal liner in, but I'm sure I will appreciate that in the colder weather. My only disappointment is the rating being only CE A instead of CE AA. Even with that though, I highly recommend this Jacket!

Took nine days to receive my product. I used RevZilla as they advertised two day shipping with thanksgiving coming up. If I had known I would have just ordered through Honda. Lesson learned.

I was looking for a new Bluetooth headset after having a Sena smh5 for over 5 years and have heard good things about Cardo. I watched the revzilla description videos and found them useful for picking which headset I wanted.
It's basically the biggest place for motorcycle equipment. They usually have a large stock so I don't have to worry about what the local shop is carrying and they're a trusted name.
Wind screen looks much better and is lighter than the one that came on my Ninja 1k. Install was super easy.

2/3rds of orders so far have had some issue. I've ordered from revzilla a total of 3 times now, second time they sent a wrong item then gave me store credit instead of my money back for some reason so for the third time (to use up the store credit) I just kind of retried the 2nd order (pants/handguards/triple clamp mount kit) and all three items got shipped separately. 2 showed up fine but the boxes looked like they'd been run over by the delivery truck and the last part of the order is claiming it'll be here Saturday but tracking says it hasn't even been picked up by the carrier so we'll see I guess. I'm also pretty over the whole "no restocking fee but we will charge you for return shipping" thing. Other online places can afford to just give me a return shipping label so it's hard to choose to buy from ones that charge for returns.
CS rep was polite and everything but I'm not sure why I got store credit for the wrong item and the stuff that didn't fit was a normal refund. I also knew in advance that I'd have to pay shipping back if stuff didn't fit but when it happened I couldn't help thinking about all the amazon returns I DIDN'T pay shipping on you know?

I called to confirm the type of fit of a revzilla armored jacket and pants, but the nice guy on the phone couldn't help me regarding the fit. He said he'd put out a message to the females at the call center to return my call. I never had a return call. Fortunately, I researched reviews and am very happy with my purchase.
The guy I spoke to was very apologetic that he couldn't help me, but was very nice and professional.
