Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Must be the sun and wind in FLA. Just over 3 months old and had torn in several areas. I have pictures if interested. So, be warned - you may only get a few months use out of it.

I ordered a Puig windshield for my Versys 1000. It was delivered the next day and was exactly as described on your website. The supplied instructions and installation kit made the job easy and the end result was perfect.

Ultimately, the replacement battery was received and I was able to execute my warranty, however, it was a long and painful process. I was never able to get anyone either on the phone or via email to list out exactly what would be required on my end to exercise the warranty, and so it led out to Long unnecessary process where every time I would complete one thing I would be asked to do something different when I could've saved everyone a lot of time and a lot of energy and I just been provided with all of the information on day one like I had request

Jojo was very helpful. I love the helmet but I really need my ears to stay where they are! After reading the specs on the info provided by Revzilla- I found that this particular helmet shell is made in only three sizes. There is no difference in the XL, XL2, and XL3. I also discovered that the detachable pads are only a tiny bit smaller from the XL to the 2XL. If you have a sizing issue- remove the detachable pads and try on the helmet. You may find, as I did, that this helmet cannot fit even without the side pads.
Jojo was great. She tried her best to help fix this issue. Unfortunately- this helmet fit runs extremely small. I have no problem with Revzilla or Jojo. Revzilla tries to help with all the helmets that they sell but, in my opinion, they cannot possibly check each helmet for sizing. I did utilize Revzilla’s sizing chart concerning fit. They try, but, in this case- it did not work. By the way- my hat size is 7 1/8 so if the customer’s hat size is the same, there may be fit issues.
I’ve bought a lot of gear from Revzilla and this is the first time that I had to ask for help. Hopefully, this will fix the issue. After receiving the replacement pads, I discovered that it made no difference in the difficulty of getting the helmet on my head. After reading the size description- I discovered that no matter which size helmet I ordered- the shell alone is still too tight.
Jojo was very helpful. I love the helmet but I really need my ears to stay where they are!
