Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

I had ordered my parts about a 10 days before needing them and it took about 11 days to get them. Also, either be nice if they automatically priced matched their partners like JP cycle.
Don't let picture fool you. This is A CV style drive shaft (complete) not universal. Performs amazing. Better than oem with no vibration. Is a little tight on install, which you can appreciate.
Could not tell me weather it was a complete shaft or just rear as the description falsely states. Whoever takes care of these things has work to do. Other than that A+ for revzilla

Have used before
Ordered the HJC RPHA 71 helmet and received it on the projected delivery date. The helmet was very nice however it was just too small. Returned helmet and will purchase the same helmet in the next bigger size.
Asked about return process. Customer service representative reviewed the process with me and sent me an email with a return authorization. I repackaged the helmet per the return guidelines and shipped it back using their prepaid shipping label. The helmet was received the next day and the return was processed and my money refunded. Very happy with Revzilla’s return process.

I have known about the company for a long time. I purchased a helmet and it did not fit me correctly. Package was left out in the rain. I had no control over that so packaging got wet was concerned on the return that it might be an issue. I am happy to say it was not, the return process was quick shipped on a Monday in my account on Thursday no issue with wet package. They have gained a customer for life and although I did not end up owning a helmet from them, I will be looking at them first when I make a decision to try again, this company stands behind his products, and I would be more than willing to purchase from them. Again, thank you for the professionalism and ease of purchase and return. And as a former United States, Marine, the military discount is much appreciated, even received it on a clearance item or closeout item as they listed. Semper Fi. When making purchases these days, there are many choices, and they can all be very overwhelming. Give these guys a chance, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.
On the customer service end when asking a question I cannot make a judgment on one call to them, but I will say is the gentleman on the other end did not seem to be very engaging. This is not the companies fault. I feel it is the employee maybe he was having a bad day we all do once in a while.

Of helmets! Great quality. Cuts through the wind no problem and the wind noise is not noticeable with headphones in, giving it is a race helmet so I expected a bit of wind noise but was surprised at how quiet it really is. Love it!
