Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
I love revzilla. Fast easy plus it takes the guess work out if knowing what fits. I'm a continuous customer and I plan on continuing to be a customer.

This product by Vance & Hines did not miss a beat in the fit and finish department. I have not yet installed, but will come back and share my opinion on this air cleaner in days to come.
Some of the product descriptions are lacking in detail such as abrasion ratings for a lot of gear.
I forgot two o-rings. I called back, but it was too late to add to my order. They went and they shipped them to me no charge.
