Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

The sedici strada primo is a great helmet I just got it too big! Will recommend new riders to go to your local shop and check sizes before you buy! But over all I love revzilla.

I called when I my credit card was charged twice the lady told me the first one was just a hold and the other one would drop off then I called twice to say they have two different order numbers trying to catch it before they shipped she said I don't think I can catch it it shipped twice and you'll just have to return it when you get it

Boots for my wife were too loose. Was told I could return/exchange at Cycle gear and this was not true. The system is not set-up to function yet. Had to call Revzilla to get an RMA. Pain in the butt.

Unfortunately not all items I needed were available. (Standard wind shield for Batwing), Had an issue with my APO, AE address being accepted, Overall, I have received my orders in a perfect condition.
Very comfortable and snug fit at first. Once broken in, feels like gloves are molded to your hands. Flows lots of air but hand tend to get warm fast on hotter days. Sizing chart is spot on.

This may not be Revzilla's fault, order some tires after several weeks waiting there was notice saying FedEx could not deliver them. No reason given. Maybe Rezilla should consider other providers.
I received my order from RevZilla and it was missing a decorative mounting nut for my solo seat. I contacted their customer service and they promptly shipped me a replacement pair of nuts.

So I bought handguards for my dirt bike and didn't realize I had basically the amount needed in Rev bucks to purchase the item. That is a nice feature you get money back for purchases.
