Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Great detail in description and note that sizes ran small by a size. Ordered a size up to XL Tall and the Mesh Riding pants fit perfectly. Delivered the next business day.

I purchased 2 new tires for my bike, they were delayed shipping and one of the tires had a 2021 manufacture date on it, making it 2 years old upon my receipt.

I needed a replacement air filter
If you are looking to research motorcycle gear online, RevZilla is great. A large number of their products have reviews and info to help compare options. The prices are fine and, since motorcycle gear is so expensive, you'll almost always get free shipping. I'm docking two stars because of a sale ad that I felt was misleading at best. They were running a special where you spend x-amount and get a coupon for a future purchase. The ad explicitly said no restrictions. I called to modify my order but the sales rep said the brand I purchased didn't qualify. He directed me to a general page that listed brands they state they are not allowed to offer specials on. When I went through the sale links on my own, I could not find the same information. Again, the main ad said there were no restrictions. But when you click the link to take advantage of the sale it says restrictions apply and lists some brands and has another link for a "full list" of restrictions. Even the "full list" of restrictions didn't list the brand I purchased. I emailed RevZilla about it but never heard anything. I like the site and would purchase again, they seem like one of the best places to get moto gear. But their specials are lacking because they exclude a huge number of products and aren't clear about it.
The helmet I wanted was on sale.
After speaking with the rep about the Cardo system for my helmet so I could communicate with my buddy I purchased one. My wife decided she should have one to! So I called and spoke with customer assistance got the Cardo Duo Pack ordered he gave me the RMA# including my discounts(military) which is another reason I deal with Revzilla and prepaid shipping label. As soon as I received the first one I immediately shipped it back and in the next day I received the Duo Pack and was notified they had received the other and my account was credited. What a great no hassle experience and great products.
Overall good customer service if you can get a hold of someone. I find that items are very often out of stock and they charge $10 to ship back returns. You can decide if that bothers you or not.
Was looking for parts, the rep was thorough and sent me the link to the product I requested, as well as, the full parts diagram for my model. Was polite, professional and patient. Great service.

Kickstand pad helps keep the bike up in fort, grass and hot pavement. Quick mailing and the product is sturdy and will absolutely work better than a smashed beer can.
Reputation and fast shipping
DHL has delay in delivery for KSA comparing with UPS (order done week after one coming by DHL). DHL claimed that they are missing my KSA ID details and that my ID has expired and because of that parcel was seating with Saudi custom. Me surprised that parcel purchased week after come by UPS made me to track it. I had to call DHL to see what is going on instead to be notified. Maybe issue was also local EID holiday. Anyway I got it today let say approximately 10 hours after your notification to confirm did I or not receive shipment.
Like site and like reviews. I will encourage you to review some of your policies on delivery to KSA due manufacturer regulations as same product from other web pages I can buy it and they will ship it to KSA.
The whole online process was easy. When I added a note to ask for expedited delivery, I received a response that it couldn't be guaranteed, yet the tires arrived a day earlier. Thank you RevZilla!

So many products to choose from. It takes a while to settle on one.
The turn signals arrived quickly but neither one worked. Good thing I'm an electrical engineer, I had to completely disassemble both units and re-wire them.
Availability of generic turn signals, needed incandescent bulbs.
Contacted customer service about a delivery the USPS delivered to the wrong address. They advised me on how to proceed and the problem was quickly worked out.
Revzilla advised me of my options, then followed up promptly, even though I was able to remedy the situation following their advice.
Previous experiences with Revzilla were very good.
