Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
We had ordered these dirt bike boots for my granddaughter 2-3 mos. Earlier & have yet to receive them. We ordered from RevZilla & received them in 5 days!

New riding gear
Initially wasn't clear to me that I would not qualify for a 10% discount because it wasn't my first purchase. But I found out and purchased the product that, to my knowledge, only "RevZilla" offers.
I already bought some of this brand of gear and I don’t know of anywhere else to find matching stuff.

Pricing and selection.
I found boots that were like I was looking for. Unfortunately they were too narrow and my feet were squeezed. RevZilla provided a return label and I sent them back with no fuss.

Do not buy anything delicate or glass from them. Their shipping is packed horribly. The people working in shipping could care less about their company or your product. I purchased many products for my new motorcycle in a span of two days. About 5 different companies for different things. Some how they all came on the same day. The small companies that make their own things are amazing with packaging, leaving tons, and even an extra gift. The boxes are packed with paper and bubble wrap. I order over 500 dollars of small lights and turn signals. My bar end boxes that are 160 a pop that were so little were put in the big box with One plastic air pillow. The box was flimsy, smashed and so was my product boxes as well. All came from the same shipping company rezvilla by far the worst shipping. They could care less about your 500 $ lights. They throw it in a box and put a stick on it. Awful Yes free shipping and zilla bucks but its not worth a broken or scratch product that you have to send back and deal with the hassle

We ordered the wrong size helmet, my son was really bummed. Customer service was so great, got our return handled and even gave a discount on the second helmet.
Received my order quickly after it shipped but it took a full week to reveice prior to actually shipping (even though the site claimed to ship in 1-2 days)
No real reason given as to why it took so long to get the shipment out the door

Great product, and solid experince (as always) with RevZilla. Have been a regular customer for years, and haven't had a bad experience yet. RPM membership makes a big difference!
Don't remember when I started using RevZilla, but it's my go-to for most things. Cycle Gear and JP Cycles offer a little diversity within the same corporation. Usually can find anything I need between the three.

Overall, I like the gloves. The leather is really soft, there is stretch where you need it. Only downside for me is while most of the glove was great, the thumb is approximately 1/2" too long.
Previously have purchased from items from Revzilla. Love the customer service department and ability to return items as is sometimes necessary.

My order was supposed to ship within 24 hours, it didn't ship for a week. It then didn't show up for another full week. I'll definitely find parts somewhere else next time
My package was supposed to ship within 24 hrs, after 3-4 days I called customer support. They said there must have been a problem, and it should ship isn another day or two. It was still over a week from then before I got my parts.

I searched and searched for a site that will ship my stuff within 24 hrs which was a seal kit and seal driver both of which said would ship within 24 hrs so I ordered them Wednesday night they didn't ship till Saturday afternoon I needed them in a timely matter but won't be here till Tuesday or Wednesday I'd prefer to order else where
