Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
The experience was fine - no problem.
I thought the delivery was a bit on the slow side. But that could have been just what day of the week I placed the order...

Right items at the right price
I ordered a size 52 jacket when I received the jacket it was too small. I had to return the jacket. The shipping was on par very quick to receive the product..

Ordered HJC i100 helmet hyper silver. Revzilla had the best price and had it in stock. They shipped it next day. FedEx delivered it about a week later. Helmet is amazing

Good website. The helmets we were looking for were available in the size and color we needed. Everything shipped (drop shipped, I think) to us quickly, and undamaged.

Multiple past purchases and outstanding service
The HJC is to replace an although old, but little used RF 1000. The i10 is lighter and quieter and appears to be made well. The RF 1000 was a large and the HJC is a large as well. The crown of the helmet fits just like the Shoei but I found the i10 cheek pads way too thick. Fortunately, they're removable and easily replaced with thinner ones. The pads designated for the XXL are 25mm compared to 35mm for the large. With the thinner pads installed the helmet fits great. I'm completely happy with the product and with RevZilla's ordering process, shipping and delivery.
Reputation and an in-stock product.
I ordered a reinforcement bracket for my windscreen. Some of the bolts did not go to the bracket and caused me to have to drill a bolt out which damaged the bracket on my bike.
I have not been contacted yet.
