Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Givi removable case should have a handle in the first place. Not Revzilla's fault.

Ordered a product on a Thursday evening with the hope that it would be fulfilled Friday and shipped that day. When selecting a shipping service I choose "next day" with the assumption that it would be delivered Saturday, time was a crucial factor hence why I paid the extra money when selecting the shipping service. I got a shipping confirmation on Friday and was stoked until I viewed the tracking info and it showed expected delivery on Monday. So I feel a bit mislead that it wasn't a true next day delivery and there's no clear information stating deliveries wouldn't happen on Saturday.
Or perhaps the label was created Friday but it really didn't hit the mail stream until Saturday? If this were the case seems a bit misleading if you're gonna send out tracking info but not send out the item that day… Either way I wouldn't spend your money on the next day delivery option of timing is critical.
I choose Revzilla because of the next day delivery option so I'll probably do more research before pulling the trigger next time.

Easy to place order, so happy to see that they were OEM (it was o rings for motorcycle fuel injectors and the two were orange like the fuel injector itself, like the original ones!
The Bluetooth was easy to set up and seems to work well. My use is strictly for use with Waze. Seems pretty loud but have not tried on bike yet.

Revzilla has a huge presence in the motorcycling community. They have a large selection of products, fast shipping and easily reachable customer service reps. From my perspective, they are a leader in the motorcycle products space, at least in the US. However, they 100% filter their reviews. I wrote a few honest ones on products that weren't great (2-3 stars) that were never posted on their site. If they did that to me, they do that to others. In fact other reviews here have confirmed the same.
Also, they don't let you update earlier reviews so can't come back later and provide updates after longer product use. And they don't let you do another review if you already did one for the same product. Finally, their return process/policies aren't great. I have a few examples but the best one is when I was asked to take photos of a product that I was trying to return well within 30 days of purchase. This was for a product that came defective. Even if I used it, which I didn't, shouldn't I be able to return a defective product no questions asked?
I believe I just lost out on a $200+ order.
Ordered a helmet on Saturday, but due to using PayPal, my shipping address was changed unknowingly. Website said costumer service hours were 9-5 Monday through Friday, so I waited till 9am on Monday to call. I also sent an email immediately after the order was placed asked for correction of the address.
I waited untill monday and Called first thing and was ensured by the first employee it would be retrieved once delivered.
After calling back today for an update, I was told I should have called Saturday (despite the website saying it was closed,) and that it all depends on the person at my old address desides to send it back, if im going to get a refund or not.
So after hearing two different things from two different employees, having my shipping addressed changed because of payment method, and then being told in a ver snarky way, that I "should have called anyways" despite the hours saying closed, I think I've lost out on a helmet and any faith in this company.
Be cautious if you use them, and make sure PayPal is up to date, I guess.
I won't be going back.

Revzilla actually has very competitive prices compared to most other places. I do like the fact that they are paired with cycle gear, which makes for easy returns if needed. I personally had a bad experience with cycle gear. I purchased tires from Revzilla and had them installed at cycle gear for the discount they offer. When I put my tires/rims back on my bike the front tire was horribly out of balance, almost as if they didn't even rebalance the tire. I know this because unfortunately my rim is out of balance by alot...The weight was on the complete opposite side of there it should have been, resulting in an intense shaking up and down at speeds of 60+ and a different shop I had the tire rebalanced at was surprised I didn't get a tank slapper. They sell great products, but the employee at cycle gear I believe couldn't care less about the quality of his work or the safety of others simply because it was the beginning of the season and they were flooded with tire work. Unacceptable. All in all, I will continue to purchase products from Revzilla and products from cycle gear, but I will NEVER get services/work done there again.
