Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Shipping was super quick, only 2 days. The tire feels firm so a bit of a rougher ride. But for the price, I'm overall satisfied.

I love the look of Biltwell's helmets, but the last couple I've picked up don't fit me well. Swapping in slimmer cheek pads has reallllly helped.

Nice stuff a little hard to locate som items on the web site as it doesn't always direct you to the product they sell.
So far, I've bought a helmet and grips. Most of the time, it takes weeks to receive orders in Hawaii, but it took less than a week for both orders.

Purchased an Alpinestars Tech 5 vest. It was on sale and there was an additional promo so I saved around $75 and received the 5% RPM cash (which I pretty much immediately used on another purchase). The best arrived quickly and in good physical condition. The best appeared to function correctly but would not connect to Bluetooth. I made a call to the customer service line for advice, the advisor did some quick research, gave me a few things to try and put a note on my account. After attempting the fixes and still not connecting to Bluetooth I called again and was immediately given a return authorization. The subsequent vest worked fine.
As noted above, I was given some advice on how to fix connectivity issues and after those were not successful I was given an immediate return authorization. Both customer service reps were very helpful and friendly.
