Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
It took way longer to receive my order than when Revzilla was under prior ownership. I'm very disappointed. Used to be orders where received within 1-3 days, which matters a lot during the riding season. I'll be looking elsewhere from now on, there are other options.
Ordered my jacket at ~8am on a Thursday and had it delivered by 3 pm the next day. Jacket quality is great, and having it that much sooner made it all the better.

Great bag….tricky mounting system….the strength of the attachment points on the bag is as of yet unknown/untested….disappointed that this item is discontinued….i didn't know it when i ordered it so no apparent option to order more mounting straps….

Bought the Bell MX-9 to get back into riding dual sports. Great colors, comfortable helmet and the sizing chart was accurate for me.
I Got my son these riding shoes. He likes the looks (black/black) of them, says they feel comfortable and looks like sneakers. He's happy with them for sure. However, you're definitely paying extra $ for the name brand though, being there are plenty other riding shoes that offer the same amount of protection for less than $200.

I purchased product online, 2nd day delivery. Received verification and that was it. No notice of product being sent. I waited couple days and called customer service to inquire. Turns out the day inquired, it was delivered. The next day i was emailed that it just shipped, and later that same day i got told it was delivered. I sent an email back saying...yeah yesterday. Did all that make sense? Yeah now yall know how i felt

Cons at least for me, the exhaust is a bit grating and raspy now. Not the best for your neighbors at 6am going to work. Although the LC8 motor sounds like a bucket of bolts with the stock pipe or a raspy drone with an after market pipe, so no real middle ground on this that I have found yet.
Definitely louder but also cooler running and lighter.

It was time replace my Scorpion 950AT, and I was hoping to find all of the features that I love in that helmet, along with some upgrades. Mostly, with worsening tinnitus, I wanted a QUIET helmet. All that needed to be less that $500, so I found the outdated Schuberth E1 on sale. In short, there are lots of things to love about it, but the E1 is not much quieter than my Scorpion.

Had issue with auto renewal. Auto renew did not occur as scheduled. Had to renew manually. Since RPM membership and REVER Pro memberships are now separate, also had issues with the REVER renewal as well because the transaction kept terminating before the promo code entry was complete. Had to contact REVER directly to have them add the promo code to my account.
Customer service was extremely professional and helpful. After walking through the renewal process problems, the issues were resolved to my satisfaction within 24 hours.
