Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.

Quick delivery. Ordered the package on December 22 and got it in December 26.
Item is listed to ship in 24 hours. Ordered on August 7th. Did not ship until August 17th, and arrived on August 19th.
Fairly quick email response, but only offered $15 in Zilla Bucks. So to use this offer, I will have to "wait" for another order.

I ordered a Cardo freecom and they sent the wrong one and it got returned and I haven't got my return 18 days later.
I contacted them and they never responded over 3 business days later.
