Initial ordering was easy; website easy-to-use Package was well wrapped and items protected. However, it arrived 2 days later tan anticipated date. This undoubtedly was due to using USPS as carrier. So be sure to give much time for delivery.
I ordered brake pads from revzilla. They came in less than 3 days I was super excited ready to put them on my bike and get back out riding when I opened the box the brakes had been previously opened and were all over the box littered all over the place. When I contacted revzilla I was promised I would receive 3 unopened packs of brakes and then as soon as I hung up they sent me an email saying that they didn't see any damage and that it doesn't matter if I got new products or not. Apparently open product is perfectly acceptable to sell and if you have a problem with that oh well.
Ordered slip ons for my HD. They are great. Will order again.

I placed an order for a pair of Forma Boulder Dry boots but was shipped a pair of the standard non waterproof boots. I called customer service and sent photos of the box and boots for proof of what I received. Revzilla sent out the correct boots plus a return label in addition to a $10 credit for my time and effort. Everyone makes mistakes, but Revzilla handled it in a speedy and professional manner.
