I've worn my new helmet on a few rides now and I like it. Good fit, I measured at 22.5 inches and ordered a medium per the size chart and it fits great. Low wind noise. I do wish the sun visor came down a bit further, but it's still a great feature that allows you not to worry about having sunglasses. It's warm outside but I haven't noticed my head sweating, so I think the air vents work great.

It should not cost me $9.99 to return a $50 item. That equates to basically a 20% restocking fee. I could've purchased the same item off of Amazon. Amazon offers free no hassle returns. I will shop there from now on.

I asked the agent if I could return my item without printing out the form that shows the return authorization number and that person told me no. I do not have a printer so I had to pay $3.50 just to have the stupid page printed out when I could’ve just written it out on a sheet of paper and enclosed it in the package.

I ordered two items that were at separate locations. Because I'm in Canada they had to have both items at the same location before they shipped here. After 3 weeks a shipping label was created and it just sat in pre shipment status until I got annoyed at looking at. They just ended up cancelling and refunding. No explanation what went wrong and zero care.

After a few weeks I contacted customer service. Just the explanation that the items need to be in one location before shipping to Canada. All that for $35. I get things quicker from China that you can ship to your own locations.

All was smooth but I never received an email notification that my order had shipped until the day it was delivered. This led me to believe revzilla was slow at getting orders out until I realized what happened. Other than that everything was great. Thanks!

Took advantage of a promo code to order a helmet and other items I had been considering. They were well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. You can check shipping status, and product reviews on their site are helpful.

Stop using FedEx folks. I had items delayed for quite some time with no updates from FedEx tracking number. Ended up returning an item due to needing it much sooner than it finally arrive. I've had shipments from India/China get to me faster than an item from the east coast.

Took US 276 up to the Blue Ridge Parkway (BRP) along with everyone else on the hottest day of the season in western NC. Good airflow around torso. Good protection with sturdy non-flow panels. Kept its shape. Did not need liner. Will have to wait for a rainy day. Usually a medium tall but this large fits well. One thing surprised me: outer zipper car is on the left side of jacket. Solid product, worthy investment.

I like to go to the Revzilla Boutique in Philadelphia. The sales people are always knowledgeable and courteous. The ability to actually see and feel the merchandise cannot be duplicated online.

As a shopper of large and tall sizes, it is important to the gear on. Often there are subtle variations in the sizes are not reflected in the size charts.

Turned out that the size I needed was not in stock at the store location. However, the salesman had me try on various items to verify the required at the boutique. We were then able to find the particle pair of summer pants I needed online and have it shipped to my house.

Got myself a new Daytona 660 and wanted to get a matching helmet and Revzilla's collection came in real handy. I forgot to add my Apt number in the address and the customer service helped me sort it out even though the order was in the middle of being shipped.

I Got my son these riding shoes. He likes the looks (black/black) of them, says they feel comfortable and looks like sneakers. He's happy with them for sure. However, you're definitely paying extra $ for the name brand though, being there are plenty other riding shoes that offer the same amount of protection for less than $200.

Great bag….tricky mounting system….the strength of the attachment points on the bag is as of yet unknown/untested….disappointed that this item is discontinued….i didn't know it when i ordered it so no apparent option to order more mounting straps….

Tried to order two more straps and was informed the item was discontinued….straps were unavailable…not happy about that

I really wish RevZilla would tell you where your product will be shipped from. I live in Pennsylvania, an hour away from their showroom but parts sometimes come from California. That's a 4 day shipping different. It would be convenient to know when your part will be in when your bike is on the stand. Otherwise great company.

I can't recommend Revzilla enough. Without them, I would not have been able to rebuild this F4i myself. Not only do they have every single bolt I need, but their diagrams are extremely helpful. Awesome website.

Frame slider bolt immediately snapped. My disappointment is in the return process. I took a picture and submitted the snapped bolt- you really want me to mail it back before you ship another? I'm clearly not trying to scam you. I'd prefer to just have a new item shipped and throw the first in the trash.

Purchased a Battery Tender. Have several and use them daily. Purchased an Oxford Digital tire gauge. Appears very accurate (to 1/10 PSI) but you have to apply a lot of pressure to get a reading and you also have to hold the Hold button to keep your reading, otherwise you lose the tire pressure reading. This is sometimes hard to do with wheel spokes, rotors, and calipers in the way.

Browsing the site always makes me wanna spend my money. So many options it's hard to choose. Even if I find a product on another site, I'll jump over to RevZilla to see that they usually have it and its either cheaper or has a better warranty. Always my #1 go to site...

I purchased an Alpinestars glove. The sizing chart was off for me. I already went up a size, turns out that going up two sizes barely worked. It's tough to buy clothes online, unfortunately return shipping can add up quick. I'm still happy with the product and service I received from Revzilla.

Ordered pull and return throttle cables and didn't get any updated for a week other than processed. Then was told it would be 3 to for weeks before shipped. Happily received week and half earlier than anticipated. Great job

I was an early buyer on Revzilla's site, and I have relied on their gear guide and product breakdown videos for countless decisions when buying motorcycle parts and riding gear. Finding the gear I wanted was easy, researching reviews was extremely valuable, and shipping was quicker than the website suggested.

The Revzilla experience is always a pleasure. Their website is easy to use, their staff are friendly and helpful, shipping is fast and product variety is vast. Always my first stop for anything motorcycling!

Ordered an e gift card and was made to add a shipping address. It was very confusing ordering experience, still unsure if someone was actually mailed. At confirmation page it had shipping details for a digital gift card.

I was looking for a summer jacket that was comfortable to wear in hot weather and still offer reasonable protection. I was able to find the Joe Rocket Analog Jacket at RevZilla. The description, price and free shipping were key factors in this purchase.

My bike starts up with no issues. I am pleased. The package it came in was kind of odd. I wasn't too sure if it was OEM genuine. It had Japanese logo on it. Yes there are $30 stator with CKP on eBay but I don't want to have any issues down the road especially when riding far away. I went with OEM genuine which is $450. That's a huge difference. I hope the package I received was OEM genuine.
